Perfect location , with a great host.

Pros: The house is in a perfect location and the host was super hospitable. She let us leave the lounge and have a late check out 🩷✨ I would most definitely choose the same location for the next stay.

Pros: Convenient location for the train station & getting to all the sights in Rome. Clean & tidy with everything we needed & nice amount of space.

Cons: Property was great. Nothing not to like.

Pros: The location of the flat is really good, close to Termini (so close to any connection: by underground or train and bus). There are many shops around where you can buy what you need, a few restaurants. The flat itself is convenient for four people, there is enough space, both in sleeping rooms and in the living room/kitchen. It's clean and equipped with kitchen utensils, it's nicely furnished, the AC is working very well. It's a rather quiet district.

Cons: There is a serious problem with running water, especially early evening, i.e. water pressure is very low then so it's scarcely available. The staff is doing what they can to help but it's still a serious disadvantage.

Convenient home away from home

Pros: Easy walk from the train station. Well equipped with all the essentials. Plenty of room for the family. Very clean. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Cons: The water pressure was the only thing that we couldn’t rate highly, but I guess that is common in an old city like Rome

Great location and spacious place

Pros: Great amount of space and good location (lots of dinner places and nice and quiet. Air conditioning was great.

Cons: Parking wasn’t 25 euro it was 40 euro per day and we were only able to use the lift once. I was travelling with my 2 elderly parents and 2 toddlers which made it really hard.

Pros: Great location, only a short walk from the Train Station, with lots of restaurants, food shops, and supermarket nearby. The apartment is clean and very nicely decorated, and has a sunny balcony. It is comfortable and well-equipped. The host were very welcoming and gave some excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. I highly recommend this apartment
