I’m usually not the type to leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. Everything was absolutely perfect!
Pros: The location was absolutely central — super convenient for getting anywhere. The neighborhood felt very clean and extremely safe, even at night. There’s a bakery right downstairs, and plenty of mini markets and restaurants nearby, which made everything easy. The building has an elevator, so traveling with kids and luggage was no problem at all. The apartment itself was ultra clean, with a bathroom that felt like a 5-star hotel. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable and spotless. I traveled with my two kids and my parents, and honestly, everything was just perfect. Highly recommended!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom apartment. Plenty of space for a family of 5, very comfortable beds, air con and a lovely bathroom with a big shower. Beautiful high ceilings with big windows and spotlessly clean. It's been very well renovated by the host, who was so accommodating when we had difficulties with our arrival due to delayed flights, and was so welcoming and friendly. He went above and beyond. Thank you Alessandro! Location is good, a short walk to the metro station, and about 30 minutes walk to the main tourist sights. Less than 10 minutes walk to Termini station. Lots of good restaurants in the locality. Highly recommend a stay here, and will definitely stay again if in Rome.

Pros: 완전 추천요 ! We were traveling with our parents, and this was the cleanest accommodation we stayed at during our trip The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a café on the first floor was a big plus We were able to do laundry, and the room had great natural light, so we ended up doing laundry almost every day Staying here made us feel like we were living in Rome rather than just visiting. I highly recommend this place! 호스트랑도 연락 잘 되고 좋았음

Szép, kényelmes, tiszta és jól megközelíthető helyen van
Pros: A bejutáshoz minden információt előre megkaptunk, fotókkal kiegészítve, így előre tudtuk pontosan mit hol találunk és hogyan jutunk be. Előre mindent tudtunk egyeztetni a tulajdonossal (pl szappan, törölköző, élelmiszerbolt stb) így mindent előre meg tudtunk tervezni. A környék éttermei december 31. és január 1. napokon is nyitva voltak és a sarki Gelateria La Romana dal 1947 fagyizó mesés volt. A szállás tisztán kaptuk, mindenkinek volt 2 db törölköző és tüsfürdő, minden ágyhoz tartozott saját töltő és lámpa. Egyik szobában egy francia ágy, a másikban 3 db egy ágyas ágy volt így a három gyerekes családok/5fős társaságok részére tökéletes. Az utca csendes, a lakás világos és nyugodt helyen található a harmadik emeleten. A Termini és a Repubblica metrómegálló is 10-15 perc gyalog, illetve környéken több busz is megáll, amivel a belvárosból haza juthattunk.
