Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. Woundeful cocktails and vibe in the piano bar.
Cons: The breakfast was very nice but more choice of hot food would have made it better.

A lovely stay but could do with a few improvements
Pros: Loved this hotel - our room was perfect and the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in. It was quiet, clean and really luxurious. Location was fab and felt really safe. The Piano Bar was stunning - we loved sitting with a glass of wine and listening to Carmelo. Bar prices were really reasonable too!
Cons: The plug on our jacuzzi bath stopped working during our stay, we spoke to reception and they didn't seem to be able to do much. My partner is a plumber and offered to look at it for them but understandably they said no. It was a shame as we booked the room specifically for the hot tub but never mind. Tea/Coffee in the room would have been nice The bedroom of the room could have done with a little bit more light. Breakfast was okay

Pros: The hotel was lovely and clean, and breakfast food was ok. Staff were so accommodating to us as we needed a late checkout, as we were running the rome 1/2 marathon, and we were so grateful Thank you..as it was very busy.

A comfortable boutique hotel with some nice extras such as the pool and bar.
Pros: The breakfast was very nice each day. The pool was also very nice. The rooms were a little bit quirky. We booked the room with a terrace and we liked to be able to go out onto our own terrace area. We liked the Bar Area and the piano player in the evenings, that was very nice. We liked that it was quiet at night, our street was not overly noisy, which was good. The staff on the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. It was within a walkable distance of the Roma Termini Train Station, and also other sites such as Piazza Della Repubblica and the Spanish Steps.
Cons: The beds were a bit overly firm, the pillows were a bit flat and there wasn't a bedside table on one side of the bed, so we had to put our things on the floor. Also, we each had a room card key and so decided to leave one of the cardkeys in the slot in the wall in the room, to keep the bar fridge going, but each day we would return to our room and the housekeeper had removed the card key so the fridge had turned itself off and was not cold.
