Very kind staff

Pros: The staff was super helpful. I have problems walking and they managed to reserve us a parking spot as close as possible to the entrance. I didn't ask for it, they did it spontaneously and I am grateful for their kind gesture.

Cons: I have problems walking and the hotel is full of stairs so it was a bit hard to move around, so I wouldn't recommend it for people in a wheelchair.

Very pleasant and excellent value for money

Pros: Friendly staff, very good location as we wanted to be outside of central Rome, lovely neighborhood, many restaurants close by plus grocery store

Pros: The roof terrace was very nice to enjoy an early evening drink after a hectic day in the city, the breakfast was more than adequate for our daily needs.

Pros: I want to thank staff and especially Keti, she was extremely helpful, polite and always ready to help or advise. The hotel itself was very beautiful and comfortable

Cons: The room was quite far from the reception, I got lost 2-3 times, breakfast was nice but casual and with not much choice. The location was not good as we were not able to request taxi, been waiting for an hour and we were late for the train. Also it was quite far from the main sightseeings

Pros: L hotel e' in buona posizione vicino a piazza Sempione dove e' agevole prendere l autobus e arrivare direttamente al centro. Accoglienza molto buona.
