Pros: We felt very welcome; reception is warm and friendly; the hotel is near the metro station and a nice public park where we took walks in the evening to find relief from the heat.

Cons: The breakfast was not entirely to our taste - too much sweet, bread was dry, cheese rather tasteless.

Comfortable

Pros: Very comfortable and clean One can easily stay for 3 to 4 days or perhaps even more with family. Easy to access by metro or bus connecting to the center.

Cons: There was an issue with the safety box. The hotel staff offered us to help with it but our stay was too short . The hotel does not have a luggage room but kept our luggage secure for a short visit to the city center post check out. Although we did not have a rental car, there seems to be an overall issue with parking spaces in Rome.

Great stay if you want to visit Rome

Pros: I booked this stay for my mother in law. The location was really convenient, 5 minutes from the Metro (B) line and next to it you can find a big supermarket open 24h which is also super convenient. The room was spacious enough and well designed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The people in reception were very nice and helpful. They also spoke English. Overall, I'll definitely book it again in the future.

Cons: It would be great if you could provide a small kettle in the room.

Pros: Very comfortable beds and staff cleaned our room evrry day. The receptionists were nice and welcoming.

Good location at a good price in Rome

Pros: The location is very well located and very close to the metro station. The staff is very polite, especially Mr. Fernando, who speaks Portuguese. The breakfast is good.

Cons: I have nothing to complain about, but breakfast can use some fruits.

Great location and friendly staff, but room comfort, and the breakfast selection is very limited

Pros: Great location, metro line B is a 5-minute walk away, with good connections to the city center. The neighborhood was fine, with plenty of amenities nearby, and it seems like a safe area. The staff was friendly and ready to help, and I especially want to highlight the staff in the restaurant.

Cons: The room has poor sound insulation, you can hear everything from the neighboring apartments. Cleanliness could be better, the beds are not very comfortable, and the pillows are quite hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast consists of sweet pies and croissants, with no eggs, sausages, hot dogs, fruit, or vegetables.
