Hotel Lancelot

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely stay again and recommend other people to stay h

Pros: Loved the staff, so helpful and pleasant and happy to give recommendations and promptly helped when I got locked in the bathroom! The breakfast was delicious and a lovely choice of foods. Our room had its towels changed everyday, the beds were made everyday, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great! The location was also perfect - not far from the colloseum at all but also a good base point to get to other areas and it had great restaurants only just round the corner.

Cons: The only thing I can say I didn’t like was the sound at nighttime, there was a lot of noise outside which you could really hear (and I have bad hearing) and you can hear everything going on outside/next to your room like if the neighbours run the water or flush the toilet. But - that really would be the only downfall which could easily be resolved with ear buds!

Pros: It's so brilliant for everything. Receiption staffs have given lots of help, hotel's location is perfect. The room got a big balcony, it has a beautiful view

Pros: We only stayed 1 night. The staff were so helpful. The hotel was spotless and had everything you needed in your room. The breakfast was amazing, continental yet so much choice, and the staff were always replenishing. The hotel was very central, you can easily walk to the collesium, and from there transport to the other main sight seeing spots.

Beautiful, thoughtful hotel

Pros: Really friendly staff, beautiful flower arrangements, always there to help. Very lovely woman looking after breakfast every morning. Great location.

Cons: Quality of the food of the breakfast was lower than expected.

Perfect hide out in the heart od the city.

Pros: The location near Colosseum was amazing, so close to the center od the city yet still in sort of a privacy and calm. Staff is amazing and the rooms perfectly thought trough.

Best location to see the sights, enjoy fantastic food and enjoy a safe, clean and comfortable trip.

Pros: Wonderful breakfast, extremely comfortable beds and the whole atmosphere was brilliant. Loved it!

Cons: The drivers weren’t clear where the hotel was and dropped us off at the place across the road

Pros: Good proximity to the colosseum, good choice of foods for breakfast, friendly staff

Cons: Only thing that could be improved is having a smart tv in the room so you can watch stuff in your own language.

Great venue, helpful friendly staff, all round excellent hotel.

Pros: Great staff, excellent location with most attractions within easy walking distance. Small and cosy with a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Cons: Just nick picking really, but tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice.

We will return!

Pros: The staff welcomed us like friends and made us feel relaxed and at home in this beautiful hotel. The decor was just perfect, in the bar, the lobby and in the dining room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the food was superb. What can I say?

Cons: Actually the hair dryer wasn't up to much. Maybe I needed tuition but I couldn't get much of a hot blast. But I am really looking for something to say in the 'what didn't you like' section. We had a wonderful stay and will return.
