Great team, facilities and location!

Pros: Francesco and his team were really friendly and welcomed us with a drink and gave us an upgraded room to our surprise. They were extremely helpful and attentive to guide us on what to do in Rome and helping during our stay! Great place and location really close to the Colosseum! Really recommend them

Wonderful!

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - we were offered a welcome coffee and the owner even sat down with us with a map and gave us a detailed explanation of where to go and how to get there. We were also given the option to choose our room and we were lucky enough to have our own terrace. Location wise the Hotel is situated very close to the Colosseo, and is a short bus ride to Termini station.

Excellent stay, great service

Pros: Francesco and his team took exceptional care of us during our stay, the facilities were great and the room was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in the area

Exceptional Staff, Great Location

Pros: The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveler they helped me feel really safe and made great recommendations. Location of the hotel is great, I could walk to anywhere and it's close to metro and bus station as well. The room was really comfortable and nicely decorated. Coffee and tea was always available in the hallway and at the bar. Overall a great stay.

Cons: The vantilation fan in the bathroom was a little too loud for me but may not be a problem for some people at all.

Great stay in Rome

Pros: The room was spacious, clean, newly renovated and very comfortable

Cons: It’s a quiet area, which is great for resting and sleeping but no groceries stores or restaurants quiet close, you need to walk around 10 to 15 min and you’ll find plenty of places you can eat, so it’s not really an issue
