Great boutique hotel & apartments

Pros: Lovely, niche boutique hotel. We stayed in one of the apartments, really great size & perfect as travelling with family. I was a little aprehensive about booking an apartment but I needn't have, other than room service all other hotel services applied to the apartments. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Colosseum was stunning.

Cons: Breakfast could have been a bit speedier but very tasty.

Good but we’d probably look elsewhere in future.

Pros: restaurant staff and room staff were excellent. the location is superb.

Cons: Its not a dislike but the service could have been better. concierge was non existent, told us to look on the internet. if she wasnt getting a financial gain she wasn’t helping🤣 The tables were left soaking wet all night after the barman spilt the drink. In your local pub this would be fine but this place is very expensive so you expect the service to be elevated.
