Excellent location and excellent accommodation.
Pros: Centrally located, with the Coliseum, the Forum, Nero's palace, The Basilica de San Giovanni Laterano etc all within 10 minutes walk, and only 25 minutes walk from the Termini train station, this hotel is a gem of a place. There are loads of little cafes and restaurants nearby, which, being just off the main tourist streets, feel like they're more 'locals' than tourist hubs. The hotel has two lovely little bars for pre and post dinner drinks - one on the rooftop which would be lovely in the summer. Breakfast was delicious - loads of choice, all seemingly freshly cooked and well replenished throughout service times. Dinner was beautifully cooked, but a little on the expensive side.
Cons: Dinner service was a little over attentive (they cleared the plates away immediately we laid down our forks. I was actually about to wipe up the sauce with the left over bread. It stopped me being greedy, but the Italian waiting style elsewhere was very much 'we'll not rush you - you call us when you want something.'. Here, it seemed they were keen to get the table cleared - even though it was early in the evening with plenty of tables free. And the lobby bar was sporadically staffed - not a massive issue, but a little grit in the oyster.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros: Fabulous hotel in a quiet location near the Colosseum and an ideal location for visiting Rome, lots of excellent restaurants nearby, spacious bedrooms with a massive comfortable bed. Staff are lovely, breakfasts were great, rooftop bar and bar downstairs were well used by us. Stayed for 4 nights and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing
Pros: Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and we can highly recommend it. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with many thoughtful amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was perfect – a wide variety of high-quality options where nothing was missing. A truly unique experience was the possibility to enjoy breakfast on the terrace with a view of the Colosseum. We stayed in November, and even then the terrace was heated, which made it very pleasant and cozy. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to come back again.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the hearth of Rome, ideal for business and holiday trips
Pros: Excellent quality/price ratio. Very clean, large and comfortable room. Rooftop hall for breakfast with beautiful view of Rome's roofs and The Colloseum, which is a walking distance (<10mn, with metro B station). No bad surprises as it may happen with hotels in Rome.
Cons: Nothing negative.

Lovely Hotel in a nice neighborhood
Pros: This is a lovely hotel in a nice neighborhood, with flower shops and vegetable stands along the streets, as well as plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars. There are good bus connections in and out of the area. I really like the room, with its spacious bed and good shower.
