Residenza Ottaviani Roma

Pros: Excellent location, we wanted to be near the Vatican and it was only 10 minutes away. Walking into the centre for the other attractions didn't take long at all. The rooms are cleaned daily, and beds made. We were able to leave our luggage there on the last day before our flight.

Cons: Couple of plates, and glasses to drink out of would had been really helpful.

Would stay again!

Pros: Huge apartment in a safe suburb of Rome. In walking distance of all the major attractions. Perfect for those wanting to stay away from the busy areas of town. Loved the high ceilings and foyer, wish i could have stayed longer!

When in Rome…….

Pros: Location, it feels like your living in Rome from the big doors into the small courtyard the window looking onto the street. San Marco restaurant serving authentic Italian food. A great place to stay and visit Rome.

Cons: No parking however there is on street parking if you can find a spot or there is a garage just around the corner that will give you secure parking at a price ( €40 for one and a half days on our trip )

Pros: The area was quiet and the rooms were well laid out

Cons: More tea and coffee facilities maybe

Rome is beautiful and absolutely majestically unique, and the place we chose to stay made us want to return there again.

Pros: Apartment located in a quiet area but still in the center of the action. Easy access from the airport. We did not use public transport except for the airport transfer, all the most important places to see in Rome were located within a 10 to 30 minute walk. Cleanliness at the highest level, which a 5 star hotel would not be ashamed of. Surprisingly a lot of space in the spacious apartment and wonderfully comfortable beds with extra pillows made us feel at home. The caring people dealing with the rental reacted immediately to our needs. We felt their care and commitment to make our stay successful.

Pros: The location and price were excellent, and the room more than met our expectations. There were good eateries nearby. It was really hot in Rome, but the A/C in the room worked perfectly! Andrea was awesome and flexible for our checking in and checking out.

Pros: Andrea Ottaviani was very nice and respectful. The check in process was efficient. The bed was comfortable and overall would recommend this hotel to others.

Cons: Location was very close to the Vatican City; however, it was a bit of a walk to Rome city center. I would still recommend this hotel to others.

Top location with good staff!

Pros: It was clean, top location, very nice staff! The bed and pillows for some reason were very comfortable!

Cons: It is hard to find if you dont call. I am not sure if it is in the description but the building is locked on arrival and you need to wait the staff. It was very load during the day. No iron on site.

Pros: The area is quiet as well as the room away from the sound of the city. It provides hot water and heating. It has a wardrobe for storing luggage and clothes. The bathroom is spacious. The host kind and pleasant, willing to help us on the day we were going to leave the room (check out at 10:00 am and our flight in the afternoon), left us space to leave our luggage there and come back to get it afternoon.

Clean, pleasant and convenient.

Pros: Location. Good neighbourhood. Distance from most attractions walkable. Metro around the corner. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafes all around and handy.

Cons: Kettle and tea bags provided. No spoon or coffee though. A coffee pod machine would be better. Pods can be bought at local supermarket.
