Satisfied!

Pros: Good location, we were able to walk to most sights. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace where we could have a drink with a bit of a view and a special shout-out to the friendly ladies at reception who assisted with our luggage! The rooms are very nice.

Perfect location. Apartment option is perfect for a group and great staff

Pros: Fantastic location Unique property type in a beautiful building. Stayed in the apartment which was a great size and loads of amenities to help your stay Great location central to all the main historical sites

Cons: Nothing really. Perfect for a short or longer stay. Great staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Room and facilities were perfect - very clean and high quality.

Warm & Relaxing

Pros: Morning views from the 3rd floor were appreciated, and when the weather allows the terrace is a lovely place for breakfast. Which had multiple choices with good coffee, eggs and a lot more! We loved the walk in shower of the room. After a long day touring, a hot shower would do the trick. The hotel had a unique atmosphere, that enhanced our experience in Rome. Its vicinity to colosseum, city attractions, bus routes made the whole trip even better. The thing we will not forget is the lift! It is from an other epoch!

Great stay in a fabulous location

Pros: Salotti Monti was a great little hotel in a fabulous part of Rome. We were very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The rooftop terrace was very nice although it was too cold for us to sit out there. Just note that the hotel is located inside an older, maybe 1930s, building and other tenants inhabit other apartments within the building. There are two lifts which is great for bags but they are the small older style lifts so you may need a few trips if you have lots of luggage.

Cons: The heater stopped working during one evening and I couldn't get it to restart.

Lovely stay in a charming old building.

Pros: Had an upgrade so that was happy turn. Everything worked well. Service was excellent and hospitable. Location was perfect for stroll to all the important sights.

Cons: When having late breakfasts the selection was limited. Not really problematic for the guests but in the long term the wooden floors will suffer terribly from the spill over from the shower which was open both towards the room and the bathroom.

Lovely stay! Highly recommended. Close to everything

Pros: Excellent location. Lovely staff. The breakfast is simple but nice, every day you can find some different options, and you can enjoy it outside in the terrace!

Cons: Our room was too noisy as it was just in the corner. Even with all closed you can hear the cars.
