Trevi Palace Hotel

Fantastic hotel - would stay again for sure!

Pros: The hotel is in a fantastic location - 15 minute walk from the colloseum / trevi fountain tucked away in a quiet street. The room was perfect for a base in the city - clean and had all you would need. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: Excellent location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast, without being lavish, has all you need, including eggs and fresh orange juice. The room was tidy and quite spacious.

Cons: The only thing my room needed was a small desk and a chair.

Cons: When it rained, water leaked in the window. We were there for 4 nights, and even though we didn’t expect clean towels every day, at least one change of towels would have been nice considering there was lack of towel racks to hang them and the weather wasn’t conducive to them drying out during the day.

Pros: We were originally meant to book the Trevi Palace Luxury Hotel as we were travelling to Rome as part of a group.Unfortunately due to not realising that there were two hotels of the same name I ended up booking this one and even though I realised my mistake straight away after contacting the hotel I was unable to change it. Fortunately both hotels were within walking distance of each other other the Luxury hotel was more central and closer to the Trevi fountain. That aside this hotel was still in a great location and within walking distance of the Trevi fountain, the Colloseum and other attractions of Rome. On arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who was really friendly and helpful. Our room although small was well equipped with toiletries and a mini bar. We paid for breakfast which although there wasnt a lot on offer other than pastries, cereal, fruit and eggs (omelettes/scrambled) the food was lovely and the cappuccino's were the best! Overall a great stay!

Cons: Apart from some of the minor details above there's nothing that we didn't like!

Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect, you have a couple of really nice restaurants near by if you do not fancy a long walk in the evening. Monti and Trevi areas are really close by walking. In actual fact we walked everywhere. The Breakfast is very very nice and they will actually cook eggs for you in the morning to have with a really nice spread.

Cons: Nothing really everything in my view was great and the hotel met all of our expectations. If i return to Rome I would stay here again without question.

Pros: This is a real gem of a hotel. It is located within 15/20 minutes walk of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Termini Rail/Bus Station, La Repubblica Metro Stop. All on the impressive Via Nazionale with beautiful shops, restaurants and excellent bus links. The breakfast is a continental buffet with cheese, cold meats, bread, rolls, pancakes, croissants, cakes, yoghurts, fruit juice, fruit, scrambled eggs or omelettes on demand. So nice and tasty and great to start the day. The room was big, spotlessly clean with a mini fridge and good sized wardrobe. The staff were all so lovely and helped with directions to all the areas we asked for. Very decently priced for such a lovely hotel in a great location.

Cons: Only that I could not stay longer!! Another 2 or 3 days/weeks would have been better.
