A wonderful warm stay, staff were so friendly and helpful made it feel home from home

Pros: Little breakfast buffet on the roof was a little oasis of calm in the morning, wonderful friendly staff, great range of breakfasts - from cooked, to cereal to fruit & yoghurt and amazing cakes and freshly made coffee to order - and a little glimpse of the Colosseum can be seen too

Cons: Perhaps it was our confusion, but not sure - but we were told we couldn't order just drinks on the ground floor outside?

Pros: - Good location - Frendly staff - Good breakfast - Clean - Big shower space

Cons: Maybe a little more light in the room but was not a big problem.

Pros: This hotel is amazing and super friendly. I spent my birthday last week in Rome and they surprised me with a little cake at breakfast. It was so fantastic. This hotel is in the middle and walking distance from tourist spots. The staff were really FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE. I will definitely come back here and book again this hotel.

A lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

Amazing hotel, worth every euro, great experience!

Pros: The hotel became a part of my amazing experience in Rome. Starting from the first moment and till thievery end I had absolutely delightful experience. The staff, the location, the room, the breakfast - everything was GREAT! I got a free room update and that was a really nice gesture. Also I celebrated a birthday on a second day of my stay and breakfast staff made my morning really special that day<3 thank you so much and I will definitely come back!

Good

Pros: The location of the hotel is good; it is in a nice neighborhood and you can walk to all the main sights. The breakfast is extensive, the coffee at breakfast is very good, and the breakfast staff are amazing — they did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The beds were made every day and the towels were replaced daily

Cons: The hotel has two sections. We stayed in the part of the hotel without an elevator, even though we had a 9-month-old baby and a stroller. Throughout our entire trip, we had to carry our belongings and the baby up and down the stairs. This part of the hotel was also very noisy. The bed was not very comfortable. The two separate mattresses often slid apart, and the sheets and bedding did not stay in place, meaning you often ended up lying directly on the blanket or the mattress itself, which is not hygienic.

Pros: Great, and I mean great location ! Don’t look any further if you want to stay in center Rome, everything is walkable there’s no need to take the public transportation. The rooms were spacious, bed super comfortable and very spacious and functionable shower ! Towels were changed on a daily basis if you want and there’s a mini fridge if you fancy some snacks or to store something The best thing for me though was the lovely rooftop breakfast, the variety of food is not huge but it has everything you could possibly want for a delicious snack and healthy options. And on top of it all, the nicest staff I ever encountered in a hotel, they seriously make the experience memorable and remember all the small details

Great friendly staff, very accommodating.

Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful, great location and great rooms.

Cons: My door was left unlocked after it being cleaned which wasn’t great.

Pros: Breakfast was great on the rooftop. Enjoyed evening drinks there as well. Location was perfect for our needs this trip to Rome.

Cons: We had addtional double doors in front of our room. Guessing they were for sound proofing. They didnt always shut and when we tried to shut them very late at night they were extremely loud and we didnt want to wake other guests.

Pros: The hotel is very compact and cozy. Relative to other big, business hotels this somehow feels it's got its own identity and style. The additional activities (rooftops, tours etc.) is also a very smart addition.
