Great stay with flexible hosts in a beautiful neighbourhood

Pros: The hosts were very flexible, allowing early check in and a generous check out time. This was really appreciated! Also the location is great - very nice atmosphere and great, authentic restaurants / bars nearby. Feels very local. There were also basic cooking essentials, olive oil etc. And two beautiful lemon trees outside the front door...

Cons: Just a word of warning that to access the apartment, there is an online system (the physical key is waiting inside). The system works very well and the instructions were very clear, but it may be worth bearing in mind for visitors who are not confident using technology

Pros: Lokalizacja dobra, komunikacja autobusowa bardzo blisko, meteo dość blisko. Apartament czysty, wyposażony w pościel i ręczniki. Kuchnia podstawowe wyposażenie. Super kontakt z właścicielem. Udało się zostawić bagaże w apartamencie w dniu wylotu i dobrać je popołudniu.

Cons: Niestety natrafiliśmy na strajki w Rzymie, a w dzień odlotu na strajk komunikacji miejskiej (autobusy i metro).

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ein kleines Problem mit der Toilettenspülung festgestellt, das aber sofort und unkompliziert behoben wurde – der Service war also wirklich schnell und zuverlässig. Das Apartment selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders positiv war die gute Anbindung: Mit dem Bus konnten wir das Zentrum von Rom schnell und einfach erreichen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Lorenzo!

Esperienza positiva e da rifare

Pros: Sono stata 2 giorni a Roma e ho prenotato questa casetta. La casa è nuovissima e pulita. Si trova in un buon punto vicino alla metro e alla stazione. La cosa di cui sono rimasta sorpresa la gentilezza della signora Arianna sempre presente e pronta a darmi consigli su come muovermi dove andare a mangiare e qualsiasi altro consiglio. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Pros: Soggiorno perfetto ! L appartamento situato a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro Garbatella ,ben pulito e accogliente e soprattutto completo di tutto . Siamo stati benissimo ,host disponibile e cortese! Grazie Arianna !

Un appartamento carino nel cuore della Garbatella

Pros: Pulito, ordinato e ben attrezzato. Situato in un luogo silenzioso, illuminato, con vista sulla scala degli innamorati. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Lorenzo ci ha accolti con gentilezza, e ci ha consigliato vari posti per cenare, e dato consigli. Entrare in casa è stato semplice, è bastato seguire le indicazioni. Abbiamo usato anche il divano letto ( comodo, ma potrebbe esserlo di più con l'aggiunta di un altro materasso più spesso ) . Lorenzo si è reso disponibile per tutto l'intero soggiorno. Lo consiglio assolutamente .

Muy cómodo

Pros: Limpieza y comodidad. Todo tipo de detalles. Tiene de todo, gel y champú, toallas, mantas, todo tipo de electrodomésticos e incluso algo para desayunar. Café, aceite y sal, limpieza. No hay que llevar nada.

Cons: La calefacción central no funciona y no la pudieron activar a pesar de que estuvieron llamando a la compañía. El barrio está muy sucio. Basura tirada por las calles. La parada de metro está a 800 m.
