Pros: Nelson and Lucrezia were fantastic hosts. We were looked after so well. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything. Breakfast was fantastic too. Location couldn’t have been better, close to all the sights but not in the busy area.

Beautiful large room with a small balcony and steps away from some

Pros: Host was very friendly and staff were very attentive. The breakfast was good and Pastries not eaten were left out (covered) for guests to help themselves throughout the day.

Cons: The building is shared with other businesses so not exclusive to the hotel. Didn’t really affect our stay though.

Cons: Te elevator in the building is very small, i had a mini stroller and we would barely fit with it it was such a fuzz every time we go out or to another floor

Excellent hotel if you’re looking for affordable luxury

Pros: We spent two nights in this beautiful boutique hotel and everything exceeded our expectations. It was our 4th or 5th time in Rome but this hotel made our stay one of our favorites to remember. I wish we had more days. The room was spotless, timelessly styled with antique inspired decoratio, and was very spacious. (The king sized bed was just incredibly comfortable!) The location is perfect (a very short walk to the spanish steps but not on a noisy street so was very quiet) Breakfast was fresh and tasty (I am usually picky for croissants and theirs was so delicious and fresh). Finally the staff were sincerely kind and helpful.

Cons: During our last night, we noticed the lavabo in the bathroom was draining a little slowly and had a faint smell. It wasn’t strong enough to reach the bedroom, so it didn’t really disturb us, and we imagine it might just be something related to the charm of an older building. Since we were leaving very early the next morning, we didn’t have the chance to mention it to the staff, but it felt like a minor and probably temporary issue.

Perfection!

Pros: Perfect central location, 10 mins from Spanish steps and Trevi. We were looked after so well and felt like family. Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Rome and look forward to returning next time. The team that work there are so welcoming and friendly. This is one of my favourite hotels in the world.
