Pros: Fantastic property, good sized rooms and well located. Daily cleaning was an added bonus and they arranged a pick up for us which was really helpful

Good value for money but could be better

Pros: Its location and there is a lift - the room feels very safe

Cons: The room was overall clean - however it was not spotless. In particular, when checking the mattress upon arrival we saw it was full of breadcrumbs. We were asked to leave the tourist tax in cash.

Great place to stay in Rome 😁

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect, very close to public transportation and even within walking distance to many of the most important sights. The attention and hospitality from Maria and Arianna were absolutely amazing! They made us feel very welcome and taken care of ☺️ Super recommended!!

Cons: The only thing we didn’t quite enjoy was that the room was a bit dark during the day as it was a first floor.

Pros: Room was very good with good cleaning service . Breakfast not included as there wouldn't be where to eat it but lots of places around to have a breakfast.

Cons: First impression when we got to the building shock as it was a building site at the front, but as we got up was OK.

Hidden gem

Pros: Brilliant contact with Ariana on instructions to get to and enter hotel. From the front we were curious but on entering, a hidden gem. A warm welcome from Maria was lovely. The room was spotless and had all amenities. We walked to all places we wanted to visit but well positioned for transport to get around Rome. Great stay.

Highly recommend

Pros: Our stay was truly wonderful! The apartment was spotless and clean throughout our visit. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, always available on WhatsApp, responding quickly and ready to assist with anything we needed. The accommodation is located in a very elegant neighborhood, surrounded by luxury hotels like the Excelsior, Marriott, and Nobu, American Embassy — truly a select area. It was very easy to walk to the city center and major attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better location and service. Highly recommend!
