Brilliant. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Pros: Location great, room has everything you need, bed really comfortable, breakfast fine (very Italian!), best thing is Maria. She is simply the best host. So friendly and helpful. We felt really at home. We will definitely recommend to others and will stay again if we come back to Rome.

Cons: Nothing. All good.

Pros: Our stay at this accommodation was truly wonderful. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our visit relaxing from the very beginning. The room had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. What made the experience even more special was Mrs. Mariana who was absolutely extraordinary. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her professionalism and genuine care for the guests made us feel truly welcome and appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would gladly return in the future.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bufet with good variety and Mrs Maria was was very helpful with any questions we had.

Pros: Very good email responses after booking. We got our own keys to the building. Rooms on the 3rd floor. Good sleep, We could open window. Personnel very friendly. Good breakfast. Thank you Maria.

Cons: Maybe little bit of warm food for breakfast, like hot sausages. It was good but this improvement would make it excellent.

The location is ideal—just a short walk from all the main attractions—yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest after a long day of exploring. The room was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. A special thank you to Maria, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel truly welcome and treated us with such warmth and humanity that we instantly felt at home. Thanks to her, we even managed to enjoy an extra day in beautiful Rome. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Eternal City—this place is a gem!

Pros: Maria the host was the most welcoming host we could’ve hoped for. We were welcomed in a beautiful room, with everything we needed: hair dryer, air conditioning, wifi, food, cold water and sweets. Room was very tidy, beautiful and decorated in a classic italian style.

Cons: There was nothing to complain about. Maria made sure we had everything we needed

Pros: Location, breakfast, elevator access, and comfortable room

Cons: Air conditioning didn't work and the bathroom door didn't lock properly, but these were relatively minor and didn't detract from an otherwise great stay

Pros: Maria was a great host! She is really an angle. The value for money is good. Good location close to the Spanish stares but far from the colosseum.

Cons: The ecological system in the toilet makes noise every time you use it. The walls are thin so you can hear noise from the lobby. We used ear plugs and it was OK.

Very nice accommodation

Pros: The staff was really friendly and welcoming and our room was very clean, and it is very well located(within walking distance) near the main attractions of Rome. The breakfast options were tasty and sufficient. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom had a nice walk-in shower and also had a bidet. I would definitely come again.
