Pros: Location is perfect. Room perfect size. As a solo traveller I would highly recommend here. Contact is only a message away on WhatsApp which is very useful.

Pros: It's clean, fantastic location, nice entrance, fridge and coffee machine in the room, daily cleaning, nice and helpful staff.

Cons: Bed was great for me solo but for two could be a bit small. There were only couple of surges to charge devices and both taken by a night lamp of coffee machine so you need to disconnect one to charge your device. Coffee and cream wasn't refilled on daily basis - sometimes I'd get it, sometimes not and sometimes with or without cream (but I went to ask for it to reception and got it right away)

Pros: good comunications , clean and confortable room,good location (although about 10 minutes uphill fro Metro station).

Cons: bedside table lamp was faulty,and some random noises of furniture from next door room.

A great base for exploring Rome

Pros: Communication with the owner of this property was 100%, and a particularly nice touch was an info sheet provided (by Whatsapp) with recommendations for where to eat in the local area and beyond. The location felt very safe, and is within 15 minutes walking distance of the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. There are a range of local buses that can be used to access areas of Rome beyond that.

Pros: Relais is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large and renovated, the shower is very nice. It is a great location, a short walk to the Spanish steps. Complementary water in the room was a plus.

Cons: The booking described three beds one of which being the couch that is a sofa bed. However when I got to the room there was only the double bed and the sofa bed. No third single bed.

Pros: The property was in a great location - only a short walk away from the all the landmarks, our room was very spacious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff especially Elisa who was great! Thank you for having us!

Pros: Rooms were spacious, high ceilings, and very clean. Staff very friendly! Excellent location for all sights in Rome and staff helped us find some good food as well

Cons: One of the shower functions shot water out of the top of the shower head, over the shower door and onto the floor. We think this feature may be unintentional
