Exceptional stay in a perfect location

Pros: The location was absolutely amazing - just two minutes from the Spanish Steps, which made everything so convenient and easy to explore. The property was very clean, which was most important for us and we really appreciated the attention to detail. Every day we were pleasantly surprised with chocolates and coffee, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. The self check-in process was very simple and smooth and communication with the host was easy, friendly and always helpful. Pros: clean and quite property in the centre of Rome! The managers Mr Francesco and Mrs Daniela are very professional, friendly and helpful! I was impressed by the goodies ( salty and sweets) you find in the room offered complimentary by the property!!

Cons: WHEN YOU ENTER THE BUILDING THERE IS A FLIGHT OF STAIRS IMEADIATLY BEHIND THE DOOR, I FOUND THEM DIFFICULT TO GET UP WITH MY CASE BUT SOME LOVELY YOUNG MAN PASSING BY HELPED ME, I WAS OK THE REST OF THE TIME BUT THEY DID HAVE A STAIR LIFT IF REQUIRED.

Pros: Great location quiet at night helped us with check in as we didn't arrive until 11.30 pm due to the train strikes

Cons: Only fault was that the fridge wasn't working didn't mention it to the staff only staying a few nights
