Pros: Federico, the owner of the apartment, was extremely attentive from the moment we landed in Rome. He provided the access code right away and clearly explained the entire check-in and check-out process. He was very friendly, courteous, and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended! The location was wonderful—close to bars and restaurants in the beautiful Trastevere area, and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. We didn’t need any transportation; we walked everywhere. The apartment itself was clean, organized, and very comfortable. Honestly, we can rate this stay as a luxury apartment experience: AAA+++. Excellent stay

Pros: Property was very clean and spacious. Lovely host, incredibly helpful and obliging. Came out and assisted personally in helping me figure out how to pay for the parking! We were also able to drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time which was very useful. Excellent location for multiple restaurants and bars, and about a 10 minute drive to Roma Trastevere Station where you can take a direct train to the airport.

Cons: Only negative was that parking was advertised as an included amenity, which I understood to mean a designated parking space was included (even if payment was required) and was the primary reason I chose the property. However this turned out to be on-street parking, which was near impossible to find. Otherwise it was an excellent location.

Pros: great location with lots of nightlife/restaurants nearby, but still lots of a community feel to the area. easy walk into the city centre

Very nice and pleasant family stay in Trastevere

Pros: The location of this appartment is really nice. You are in the heart of Trastevere and you have everything around you, many restaurants, coffee places, supermarkets, bus stops etc. The appartment size is really good and exceeded our expectations when we got there. The bathrooms were also nice and with a good size. You will find a lot of appliances for what you may need, washing machine, dishwasher, plates, cups, big fridge, vaccum, hair drier etc. The We could easily use many of the available things. The host was nice on providing all the guidelines to enter the building and use the facility.

Cons: Not a lot could be better, but please note you are in an inside appartment facing indoor patios so the amount of natural light is small, although the windows are big the amount of light that gets there since it's a first floor is not a lot.

Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment, 10/10!!

Pros: The Apartment was very spacious, extremely clean and perfectly equipped. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful area of Trastevere and also not far from the center of Rome. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming and always available for help. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Pros: Federico, the host was great. He kept me updated about the booking in process and entry codes. The apartment is clean and tidy and offers flexible accommodation for 2 couples, having a second bathroom is a bonus. The location is great, just a short walk from the heart of Trastevere where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

Cons: More coffee mugs would be great, especially for 4 adults.

All in all an excellent spot to stay in Rome. 20-25 min walk to all the major attractions. Very quiet apartment at night

Pros: Good location. Very quiet apartment despite the hustle and bustle outside. Apartment was super clean when we arrived. Air conditioning in every room.

Cons: Was a little bit light on some crockery and glasses.

Pros: The apartment was very nice, the rooms were big and it was great for 5 people. There is everything you need to cook too. The location is great and very close to the centre, there is a supermarket and a coffee shop 2 minutes from the apartment. We had hot water and the air conditioning is good. Also it’s very convenient to have two showers. The host was available any time and was very nice. Highly recommend!

Pros: Fabulous location, right in the heart of Treveste. Good facilities and spacious.
