Pros: Excellent accommodation. The property was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Tea and coffee were available in the room. Nicoleta sent us the access codes and we arrived without any problems. The property is very close to Termini station and there are many restaurants and markets around. In short, I would definitely choose this place again if I come back. Nicoleta was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything 🙏

Great for a short stay in Rome very close to main bus/train/Metro for easy movement. Although lots of main Rome
Pros: Big high ceilinged room. Everything was very clean and nice modern shower room. Everything provided as per description.
Cons: Be warned there are 3 flights of stairs if you don’t fancy the authentic lift experience. Although it is a lovely feature.

Perfect everything! Would come here without thinking again! Thank you to the lovely couple who run t
Pros: The location is very close to Termini and buses, but still away from any sleazy part. Tip: The Cinquecento exit is closest for Metro and Via Marsala for the trains. The room was large, very clean, with a kettle, coffee machine and good AC. There were tea sachets and coffee pods for use, and a bottle of water was provided. The bathroom was newly renovated, modern and extremely clean. The check-in is simple, and the owners are very responsive and are available instantly in case of any problem. The owners, who run the place are very nice people. There was luggage storage available before and after the stay.

The host, Nicola, was thoughtful, lovely, and welcoming. We had a smooth and enjoyable stay without any unexpected issue
Pros: It took a 7-minute walk from Termini to reach there. The main entrance faces the cafe dining area next door, and the property’s location was generally safe. The host elegantly decorates the room with a thoughtful touch, making guests feel warmly welcomed. Anyways, around the corner, we found a halal restaurant called “Peri Peri Grill” where we went for dinner.
Cons: The lift inside the property is quite old and small, possibly accommodating only three adults. However, if you’re on the ground floor and the lift is on the upper floor, it won’t function properly unless the door is fully closed. The water pressure might be weak, possibly due to the showerhead. However, we did have an Asian-style bidet, which was a nice touch.
