Pros: apartment was clean, very good quality and condition, super comfortable.

Pros: Owner of the house is answer your questions in minutes eventhought he gives you no change to ask question he explain everything before you ask . And the room was also really clean and cute design . Everything you need to cook and drink is also provided . Also you dont need a lot of keys to get home all you need is just some password which they are given to you by owner of the house just enjoy your tripp .

Pros: The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also felt very safe, with secure door codes providing easy and reliable access. The host was extremely friendly and always responded quickly, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Cons: The property is located a bit far from the main attractions. However, public transport was conveniently nearby, and it took about 30–40 minutes to reach the city.

Pros: The location was very good, tge apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities available. Luca was very helpful.

Cons: There was no bread knife

Pros: The apartment is newly renovated and very modern and cozy and spotlessly clean. Access was handy in that there are only code locks, no key pick-up or carrying keys with you needed. The host was very friendly and always responding fast and checking that everything is okay. Apartment is located in a very secure complex. Food stores and cafes available within a short walking distance, also bus and tram stops are nearby. Beautiful park is next to the building, and also the building has a nice garden to look at. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay, I can recommend for a few days' stay in Rome! : )

Cons: Distance from the city centre and sights is 30-60 minutes by bus/tram, depending where you are going. Not a problem as such, but requires some travelling, not a place where you can easily stop for a lunch and a nap in the afternoon and go out again. A little curiosity in the apartment was that the bathroom had no door, but I assume it might be coming as the place is newly renovated : ) . Also, from a woman's point of view, the bathroom could have a little cart/level where to put down your makeup bag and other equipment, as there is not much space to put down anything at the sink edges. These are minor complaints however, and all in all it's a nice place to stay.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and clean with a very comfortable bed, there is a bus and tram stop nearby, which will take you to the centre. Nearby there is also a good cafe, Roman pizza and ice cream parlour at good prices. There is a park to calm down from the crowds of people. The owner of the apartment was nice and helped. Bardzo polecam!

Pros: Highly recommended! 😊 We liked everything about this apartment. Even better than in the pictures. It’s new, comfortable and location is perfect! Away from tourists crowds but near the huge beautiful park – Villa Doria Pamphili. We spend two beautiful mornings in this park. The apartment is just 10 minutes walk to a tram stop. We used tram #8 to get to the city centre everyday. It’s important to say that our host was very friendly and always ready to answer our questions and help. Thank you Luca for making our stay wonderful!

Great staff, very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Pros: Great hosts, very polite and respectful, and always willing to help. The apartment was very clean and exactly the same as in the photos. The neighborhood was also very quiet and beautiful, with a park to use for walks in the morning.

Cons: The only thing that comes to mind is the location; It would take around 20-30 minutes to go to the center at certain times during the day, but otherwise it was perfect.

Repetiré

Pros: El apartamento súper completo, con comodidad para el check-in. Está al lado de la oarada del bus para ir al centro. Muy tranquilo para dormir en la noche. Cápsulas de café como detalle.

Hermoso alojamiento a las afueras de Roma

Pros: Estuvimos una semana en Roma y nos sentimos como en casa. El alojamiento es bellisimo, super cuidado y moderno. Luca estuvo todo el tiempo a disposición nuestra, preguntando si necesitábamos algo o ayudándonos. En nuestra proxima visita a Roma volveríamos sin lugar a duda.

Cons: El alojamiento esta un poco alejado de los puntos turísticos, aunque para nosotros no fue un problema porque nos movimos en bicicleta/monopatín.
