Lovely apartment in a fantastic location with sensitive electrics.

Pros: Alessandro was a great host who responded promptly to questions. He also helped us organise a taxi from the airport and then again to the rail station at the end of our stay. Side not if you use this airport service they do not wait to delays so we had issues with the taxi refusing to wait to for my in-laws. Alessandro was great and tried to help with this as it was the taxi company not him but just to be aware. The apartment is in a lovely building in a fantastic location. It is exactly like the pictures.

Cons: The only problem we had was the electrics are very sensitive. Even though air conditioning is listed and it is in each of the main rooms, you can only run one at a time or it would throw the breaker.

Pros: Very good location, in the centre of Rome, near the Spanish Steps. The apartment actually has two bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa that folds out and can also be used to sleep on, and one storage room, which for some reason is described as a third room. This storage room has no window and does not look very attractive. I really liked the fact that the owner was waiting for us until 11:30 am, as we had a late flight. He also offered a shuttle service, which was also helpful))

Cons: I didn't like the storage room, which was described as a bedroom. The apartment needs to be updated.

Pros: La ubicación buenísima. El departamento era amplio y estaba limpio.

Cons: El mobiliario bastante antiguo (aunque ya lo sabíamos), algunas paredes con falta de pintura, no había shampoo y el sillón cama era cómodo pero crujía un poco al moverse

Pros: La localización y la amplitud de habitaciones principales. También el ascensor.

Cons: La tercera habitación sin ventana y humedades en la pared

Pros: La situation est parfaite pour circuler dans Rome à pied

Pros: Lägenheten ligger mitt i centrum, fantastiskt. Bra sängar och rymlig lägenhet.

Cons: Mycket städning och sophämtning under natt/ kväll och tidig morgon.

Cudowny weekend

Pros: Lokalizacja, komfort, wyposażenie i świetny gospodarz.

Pros: Rewelacyjna miejscówka w centrum Rzymu przy Schodach Hiszpańskich. Może i mieszkanie prosi się o remont, ale nam niczego nie brakowało, szczególnie, że tam tylko nocowaliśmy. Czysto, bardzo wygodne łóżka, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co niezbędne. Właściciel bardzo miły, nie wyganiał nas w dniu wymeldowania o 10 z mieszkania. Z miłą chęcią wrócimy jeszcze w to samo miejsce.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal. La literie est confortable dans toutes les chambres. L'appartement est spacieux. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent L'appartement mériterait d'être rénové mais si cela est fait il ne serait sûrement plus au même prix. Manque un peu de luminosité dans le salon mais nous n'étions pas en séjour à Rome pour rester dans l'appartement.
