Recommended rooms！
Pros: Close to Plaza de España, you can feel like you're living in a tourist area. Close to the subway station, and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The host is very kind and caring. The owner also accommodated my late check-out request.
Cons: There is no elevator so carrying heavy luggage is a struggle. There are pickpockets on the subway, so be careful.

Roma is dirtier then we expected. I think it's for seagulls who are distroing garbage bags.
Pros: We had a breakfast in appartmant. Therre ia a supermarket near by. We left the car in garage Borrghese. it was easy tu go to bring something under spanish stears
Cons: Not to charge cleaning appartmant. Everything else is fine.

Pros: Marco was very kind, communication was perfect since the beginning of our stay and he helped us with every need. The apartment is excellent located and also renovated. Centrall heat works perfectly. There is no elevator because it is a typical old building downtown, but stairs are fine, not uncomfortable. We'll be back for sure.

Comfortable and great location.
Pros: Our stay started by being greeted by Marco, who gentlemanly offered to carry up our suitcases. The apartment is a perfect size, with a nice lounge, dining and kitchenette area, with a large TV, a very good sized bedroom with great wardrobe space, and a bathroom. There are two balconies, one at the front with two access doors and one off the bedroom, at the rear. There were two airconditioning units, one in the lounge area and another in the bedroom, which were very welcomed. The location was perfect, and just metres away from the Spanish Steps. Having travelled to Rome before we love the area for its great atmosphere and dining options. It is also easy to walk to all the other major sites, with great shopping all around. The communication with Marco during our stay was welcomed, when he organised transport for us, for when we checked out. Very safe apartment with a lower security door and double locks, and at no time did we feel unsafe in the area.
Cons: Not a complaint, but guest must note it’s on the 4th floor with no lift. We managed it easily twice a day.

Charming stay in Rome - would return gladly
Pros: We loved everything about our stay in Rome! Marco was in communication with me well in advance as I was quite anxious about travelling with our baby - he helped us book a taxi with a baby seat and ensured we had a nice crib set up for our arrival. The apartment itself is charming and in the best location! The perfect spot to sight see and then escape the heat for the warmest part of the day before heading out again - everything is at your fingertips. It’s also a very safe area. Marco recommended a local restaurant for us and when we told the restaurant owner who had sent us we were treated like royalty and enjoyed a Roman feast. It felt like we were family to Marco, the taxi driver and owner and we felt so welcomed. We would love to come back and stay. Many thanks Marco, you are a wonderful person and we loved our stay.

Mieszkanie i obsluga bylo swietnym dodatkiem do naszego spontanicznego wyjazd z przyjaciolmi.
Pros: Świetna lokalizacja oraz uprzejmy I bardzo pomocny gospodarz, z ktorym bardzo łatwo było nawiazac kontakt. Przyjemna kawiarnia na dole z dobra kawa i wloskim śniadaniem dawala nam dobry start dnia.
Cons: Wszystko nam się podobalo. Mieszkanie spelnialo nasze oczekiwania.

Ottima base per visitare il centro di Roma
Pros: La casa e’ bella e funzionale per 4 persone, in una posizione fantastica e comodissima per visitare tutto il centro citta’. L’host Marco, e’ una persona squisita
Cons: Le scale per arrivare all’appartamento sono strette e faticose!
