Frattina High-end apt

Little Gem.

Pros: The Location was just around the corner from the Spanish steps about a 25 mins walk to the Vatican and restaurant right on your doorstep, paid €15 Euro for taxi from the train station.Apartment was big enough for 4 people little kitchen was a plus ,the shower pressure could have been better but maybe because it was top flat the only negative is if you had children the kitchen windows can open wide not good for safety. But We would definitely return.

Cons: Could get a little noisy but walking a day i slept well ,pressure in shower ,towel could be better quality.

Fabulous location and a comfortable apartment.

Pros: We were met by friendly Ahmed at the property and he showed us the apartment and its features….not often today are you met in person. He also came on another day to resolve a lift issue…all solved so quickly. Thanks Ahmed! The property is located in one of our favourite part of Rome! It’s great. And it was quite confortable though the aircon was average, something often encountered in Europe when the weather heats up. A fan was also provided which was fabulous. The balcony was great in the late evening when Rome had cooled down.

Cons: No basic condiments in the kitchen normally found in other apartments in Europe….namely salt, pepper and olive oil.

Pros: Location is wonderful, apartment is clean and great balcony

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, muy buena puntualidad, limpio y confort excelente

Cons: Solo faltaba una rejilla o esponja para lavar los utensilio

Ηταν άνετη, ξέγνοιαστη και το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ ήσυχο.

Pros: Στο κέντρο, κοντά στο μετρό, κοντά τα μαγαζιά και πολλά αξιοθέατα είχε να δεις σε απόσταση το πολύ 20 λεπτών με τα πόδια.

Cons: Έλλειψη σακούλες απορριμμάτων, σφουγγάρι και απορρυπαντικό πιάτων, χαρτί κουζίνας. Ίσως ένα δύο ποτήρια νερού παραπάνω κι μια βαθιά πιατέλα για σαλάτα.

Encantada

Pros: Estaba céntrico al lado de plaza España y Trevi a pocos minutos, estuvimos muy cómodos .

Cons: Lo menos el ascensor que es muy estrecho , pero no era un problema para nosotros

Pros: Excelente y preciosa ubicación!. Atención permanente del anfitrión: sea por WA o mensajes de Booking.

Cons: Paredes marcadas por golpes con valijas. La limpieza de la suite no se realiza todos los dias, ni cada 2 dias.

Soggiorno perfetto!

Pros: Appartamento a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna. Comodo per passare alcuni giorni in tranquillità con la serenità di aver tutto a portata di mano! L'appartamento è collocato al quinto piano di una palazzina storica, completo di tutto anche di un piccolo ascensore. Il nostro appartamento aveva: un bagno con una doccia bellissima; stanza abbastanza grande con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto molto comodo e spazioso;cucinotto completo di tutto il necessario con microonde ,bollitore, macchina del caffè e cialde offerte; letti e cuscini comodissimi; rifiniture eleganti e curate nei particolari; appartamento silenzioso e tranquillo e per finire un fantastico terrazzino con due comode sedute da dove ammirare i tetti di Roma. Hamed e Francesco sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, sempre pronti ad esaudire ogni richiesta! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!
