Pros: The location was excellent - within easy walking distance to such places as the Pantheon, the Trevi fountain and Piazza Navona. The apartment was very spacious. It was a welcoming ambience!
Cons: The apartment needed restocking of some basic supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels and tea-towels. Guido promised to supply these, but for some reason, they were not delivered. We recommend carrying out a check of supplies when Guido is there, as the lack of these supplies is inconvenient. Guido is a nice person to deal with, so making your requests to him directly, will help. Be Acc

Really happy with our stay here, and would definitely return
Pros: Great location! Very large and appreciated the big lounge room, kitchen and dining room. Bathrooms are generous too, which is rare in Italy. Guido was a lovely host, and helped with checking us in and answering all questions
Cons: Main shower needs to have all new silicone as it’s very mouldy and leaks out near the toilet. 2nd bedroom needs doors, curtains weren’t sufficient.

A great spot to make your base for your visit to Rome.
Pros: The location was perfect and the apartment spacious. We were met on arrival by Guido who explained everything very well. We could easily access all that Rome has to offer. Lots of options nearby for meals. A great spot, Bar Frattina across the road for breakfast but the kitchen is well equipped if you choose to self-cater. Carrefour supermarket is nearby.
Cons: It is advertised as three bedroom but is only two - one with a sofa bed and the other sofa bed in the lounge area. In saying that, the sofa bed was very comfortable and it was fine. The shower heads are cracked but the bathrooms are good.

We had really enjoyable stay at this apartment.
Pros: We as a group loved the location of this apartment. The overall look is great.
Cons: As it’s advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment the third bed should not be in lounge. Pillows need to be replaced to allow a good sleep, Also and I have seen this before on reviews both bedrooms do not have working air conditioning.

Pros: The location was fabulous! Very homely, great communication from host who kindly met us at arrival. Lovely restaurants nearby and was quiet
Cons: A couple of minor points. Delay for cleaning, I would get new and more pillows for beds and would purchase new shower heads

Pros: Great location , nice decoration and comfortable spaces , Guido was very friendly and helpful
Cons: There are only 2 bedrooms and no 3 as per the description of the accommodation . the 3rd sofa bed was in the living room. There was only one small bubble bath in each room, no shampoo no conditioner.

A wonderful apartment in a lovely location.
Pros: Beautiful comfortable apartment in a wonderful location. Short walk to many attractions and lovely eateries. All amenities worked well, heating created a lovely cosy space and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
Cons: Although it sleeps six, it relies on large sofa bed being open during stay. Also, would recommend additional pillows.

Choosing this apartment allowed us to explore and relax which made our stay fab
Pros: Usually properties in Rome are on the smaller size but this apartment was well above - there was so much space and even with the fold down bed up in the living area there was still plenty of room for a family of 4 including 2 teenage boys to relax and have downtime. The property was spotless on arrival and you could not get more central- right on Via Frattina which is a lovely part of town - you are within walking distance of most attractions, shops and lovely restaurants and cafes- you have the option of staying in and cooking as everything you will need is in the apartment. The host Guido met us on arrival and was so helpful- we would definitely book again if visiting Rome.

Overall, great location round cirner from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
Pros: location superb, Bar Frattina across road for excellent breakfast.
Cons: Clarity on access to property before hand.
