Pros: clean and cozy apartment, 2 rooms, ideal for 4-5 persons, well located near the Spanish steps ideally for families. best value for money.

Great place, very central & newly renovated apartment - we've had a great time staying here!

Pros: Great location, very friendly staff. A metro station, restaurants and a small grocery shop are close by. We could walk to a lot of tourist sights by foot, and for all others it was so easy to catch the metro. There are restaurants, ice cream shops, and cafes on every corner and a mcdonald's is up the road - great place to stay!

Cons: You could hear the aircon units from the back yard when they run at night, but it didn't disturb my sleep. The elevator is quite small but works fine, so now worries to use it if you don't like the stairways.

The perfect location and great host

Pros: We loved everything about the apartment the location was perfect near to everything!also we wanted to change the dates because we missed our flight and they were so helpful and changed the dates without any problem ! Great host definitely coming back next year

Pros: Loved the location of this apartment. We could walk to most attractions within 15 minutes in either direction.

Cons: We felt the host should have provided a few more basics in the kitchen. At least enough coffee pods for the days of our stay.

Nice place with a great balcony

Pros: Really nice apartment - recently refurbished. The location is ideal as well, being close to the Trevi fountain. The balcony that opens out to the street is an amazing touch. The bathrooms are very spacious and really clean. The hosts left helpful directions for visitors complete with restaurant recommendations. Would love to visit again.

Cons: The lift is small, but it's not a deal breaker.

Excellent accommodation

Pros: An excellent location, close to several attractions and bus connections to everywhere if you didn't want to walk. Supermarkets, shops and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. On a lively street but quiet when the doors were shut. Neither of the two bathrooms are ensuite but are full bathrooms (no bath, just shower) which was great for getting ourselves organised. Staff were quick to respond and resolve any queries. We were in the 3 bedroom with terrace, on the 4th floor. It was lovely to have air conditioning in every room, including the kitchen/dining. Every bedroom has a tv.

Great!

Pros: We were a family of 7 (including two children) and loved staying in their apartment for four days. It is very well located, very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We had only a little difficulty adjusting the temperature of the shower, but nothing that hindered our visit. The staff is also very kind and helpful. The elevator, although very old, worked perfectly (it is actually very charming, as well as the building itself and the city of Rome).

Pros: I highly recommend this apartment, the service, location, and the apartment itself exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be booking it again!
