Pros: The apartment was spacious, perfect for our family of 7. Really clean, great location.

Cons: There was only one bathroom, shower & toilet in the one area. Little inconvenient for this amount of people. Air conditioning wasn’t great. We went in October, I’d imagine it would be really hot during summer months.

Very enjoyable and “when” not “if” we come back to Rome we would stay here again.

Pros: Lovely decorated, well equipped and very central location to so many bars and restaurants. Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain so close! Great communication from the management team

Cons: Only one toilet and shower but the excellent location makes up for it!

Location, Location, Location

Pros: Fantastic location in the historic old town and close to everything. The apartment is large, tidy and well equipped with a welcoming home-like feel. We loved being able to hang washing on the outdoor line strung across the balcony. Communication with the host was excellent. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working on arrival due to an issue on the street, but the host promptly delivered a new modem, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Cons: One bathroom was manageable for our family of seven adults, and while the bedding setup worked, some may find it tight for nine adults if more than one person doesn’t want to share a bed. The late 4pm check in and early 10am check out are a bit restrictive.

Incredible host’s and excellent facilities ⭐️

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This stay was incredible!! I can’t recommend them high enough. The communication with the hosts was fantastic, the house was clean, comfy and well equipped. The location was in a great area! They were available to us late at night when we needed assistance. Don’t look anywhere else in Rome this is the spot you should book!!!!
