Pros: Location was really exceptional. The flat was big, spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need from laundry detergent to snacks, coffee and ice cubes. We had a great stay.
Cons: The Late check in fees were insane (80-100€)!! There's no need for that, especially when everything is automatic nowadays, including check in (even in otger falts in the same building). Its just another way to make money and honestly if it wasn't the last minute, we wouldn't have done it. It is A LOT of money.

Very good but restricted check in times
Pros: Very central location. generally very clean but needs a deep cleaning . Comfortable beds and rooms except the sofa in the living room which is obviously very tired. Check in lady Karima was very kind and wellcoming.
Cons: Restricted Check in hours are very stressing . If you are arriving after 7pm you must notice the host days earlier otherwise they dont gntee check in at all. Too much stress.

Comfort, Convenience, in the Heart of Rome
Pros: The apartment featured a beautifully designed living, dining, and kitchen area, with every bedroom offering an en-suite bathroom. Located on the peaceful 5th floor, it was well insulated from city noise, and its central location made it easy to access supermarkets, restaurants, and all the city’s main attractions.
Cons: There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay — the shower drains were initially blocked but quickly fixed by the host, and the communal bathroom had a broken shower head. One bedroom’s air conditioning unit made a constant noise, which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep. The beds were softer than expected for those who prefer a firm mattress, and clearer recycling instructions would be helpful for guests who don’t speak Italian.

Great 3 bed spacious apartment near Spanish steps
Pros: This place is Perfectly located in the center of Rome.walkable to Spanish steps,Pantheon And other attractions.we were a large Group so this was one of the best 3 bed apartments we could find and we were very happy about the apartment.
Cons: Shower Cubicle is very small

Pros: Everything was great 👍 Our host was very kind . He was there to answer any of our questions and help us with the apartment and the transfers to the airport. The apartment is very big and clean. 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom, and the living room with it's own bathroom. Great stay for few familys or a group of friends. Location of the apartment is very good. 👍 We stayed with a baby and they provided us with a cot. Excellent apartment. 10/10

In general the apartment satisfies all the senses and make you feel at home.
Pros: Fantastic location and the apartment it self is very clean, spacious, organized and close to everywhere the tourist needs.
Cons: Cleanliness, space and location.

Bright, clean apartment in the city centre.
Pros: Great apartment in the middle of the city. Three bedrooms with ensuites. Very clean and tidy.
Cons: The couch should be larger for the space and pax. If you were there with 3 couples some would need to sit on the dining chairs.
