Pros: Absolutely everything! Me and 3 friends stayed in this apartment for 4 days and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — just like in the photos. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host mr. Pino was truly amazing- kindest, welcoming and gave us a lot of recommendations regarding restaurants and what to visit in Rome. The hospitality made our stay even better. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book this apartment again and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city! ✨

Pros: Wonderful apartment — cozy, spotless, and tastefully furnished, exactly as described. The location is very convenient, with easy access to attractions, cafés, and public transport. What impressed us the most was Pino’s hospitality — he was always responsive, kind, and ready to help with everything, like directions and local restaurant recommendations. We truly felt at home. I would definitely recommend both the apartment and Pino as a host — you won’t regret it!

Pros: The apartment was so nice, spacious,clean and efficient. Location was great just out of Roma city, close to Metro. Close to cafe and supermarket. And Pino and son David were great help and hosts.

Cons: Only two things, not enough toilet paper only because of all the amazing food lol and because we stayed for week a change of towels would of been nice.

Pros: The appartments are really clean, useful and stylish! Location is good - not too far from transport, there are enough Italian restaurants, tratorries and cafes; few local shops are there, but i offer small carefure- it is about 7 minutes to go, but the chose much more better.

Great place to stay for family. Super host owner..

Pros: A great place to stay if you are visiting Rome. All the things we needed were there. Home was super clean. Owner personally greets and explains about everything in the house. Super host.. Definitely good for family..

Cons: Not exactly near metro stations. Around 20 mins away by bus to city center. But if you are looking for a place to stay outside city hustle. This property is good.

Great experience

Pros: The host was very welcoming, allowed us to check in earlier, met us at the property and handed over the keys, the apartment was perfectly clean, there were small treats in the kitchen and all the necessary toiletries in the bathroom. Pino showed us on the map the location where we were and which places were the walking distance from us and where we needed the bus to get to. I had requested an iron before arriving and it was there together with an ironing board. The host is exremely attentive to the guests needs. The location overall is great, you can get to Colosseum on foot and there are many bus stops around to get to more remote landmarks. There are two supermarkets close by and a few cafes/bars. In total I'd defintely recommend the place and the host! Thanks, Pino, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia dal 3 al 5 Gennaio 2026. Devo dire esperienza ottima. Appartamento molto accogliente ed impeccabilmente pulito e arredato con cura, perfetto per una famiglia. I proprietari il Sig. Pino e sua moglie Paola due persone molto gentili e disponibili La zona tranquilla, ben collegata e comoda per visitare Roma.. Da consigliare senza dubbio
