Pros: Quartier sympa avec commerces de qualité, qualité des équipements et confort du logement, immeuble entretenu avec ascenseur.

Pros: Относительно неплохое месторасположение, в квартире чисто, рядом есть магазины, беспроблемный вход, но с наличием интернета на телефоне. Всё необходимое было в квартире (фен, посуда, плита, чайник и прочее).

Clean and comfortable stay

Pros: The property was clean and well kept! We have no complaints. The host was incredibly responsive and even drove an hour to bring us a coffee moka when we let him know there was none.

Pros: Appartement agréable pour un court séjour. Notre hôte Gerardo a été très réactif suite aux fusibles qui ont sauté. L'appartement est situé à proximité de plusieurs petits commerces et restaurants (dont un super marchand de glaces à proximité).

Cons: Compliqué de se garer dans ce quartier car peu de places malgré des parkings privés qui restent assez couteux (mais pas le choix de s'y garer pour éviter que l'on casse notre voiture -en Italiequoi notamment-). Le système pour accéder à l'appartement est pratique mais un peu complexe (si on a pas l'habitude et qu'on est pressé pour aller aux toilettes 😅, par exemple).
