An apt really worth staying at and at a good price.

Pros: Apt is spacious even better than the pictures Communication with host excellent. Responded immediately when required and anyway nothing was needed. Facilities are new. Equipment like ACs brand new Daikins and no strange smells or similar. Bathrooms clean and in perfect condition. Kitchen clean and living room table and chairs very decent. Refrigerator big enough and although not used microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer there. Washing machine very useful for a 6 day stay and again even tablets to use were there. Close to a supermarket (Tigre amico), a patisserie, a coffee shop and a brilliant pizzeria (e Arrosticini) just 300m away.

Cons: We liked everything. Not the host fault really but we were away from centre. It is a matter if you choose to stay downtown -therefore not a lot of taxis needed and just walk around or stay a bit out to a better property and take taxis twice a day as we did. With freenow it cost around 25-30€ for five people per trip to go to center. But it seems they dont like outer areas especially mornings. UBER 2 or 3 times that price. Freenow not always available so used both. Prevookings work better and availability goes up. Neighbourhood is ok, felt safe and quiet

Pros: I can really recommend this apartament ! it has everything what is needed on holiday - very well equipped (even umbrella was avaiable), very clean, the rooms were so spacious. There are two separate bedrooms with two private bathrooms what was amazing for two couples - we enjoyed our stay together, but we had privacy as well. The good restaurants and pizza is nearby the apartament. It was good choice :) also excellent contact with host 🤗

Excelente lugar para una estancia larga

Pros: Las camas eran muy comodas, la cocina tenia todo lo necesario, tiene una lavadora y un area externa donde colocar la ropa para que se seque, los baños tenian toallas y papel higienico. Nos ayudaron con la limpieza una vez a media estancia.

Cons: Habiamos rentado el apartamento completo y el host se molesto por usar un sofa que estaba dentro de las habitaciones, se platico con ella y se soluciono.

Pros: Sehr gute Ausstattung. Zwei Badezimmer hervorragend für Familien. Große Wohnung, leider etwas dunkel. Das war aber kein Problem, da wir sowieso immer unterwegs ware. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel. Mit dem Bus ca. 25 Minuten zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. .

Pros: Es muy grande y estaba muy limpio todo, el contacto tambien todo muy amable. Aunque esta un poco lejos esta muy bien comunicado.

Cons: Por ponerle un pero, que algunas almohadas alomejor son mas incomodas

Pros: Tertemiz bir ev. Sahibi gayet ilgiliydi. Hemen hemen her olanak vardı.

Cons: En alt kat olduğu için mayıs başında biraz serindi. Ama yaz ayları için uygun olabilir. Konumu da biraz şehrin dışında ama ulaşım olanakları fena değil. Fiyatı da ona göre uygun.

Pros: J ai séjourné en famille et c était parfait ! L appartement est spacieux tant ce grand séjour que les chambres tout est génial . La literie parfaite et pas description bruit Tout est conforme à la description ! Il ne manquait rien bravo

Cons: La rue est un peu sale mais ça la propriétaire n y peut rien il faut pas s arrêter là dessus car une fois dans l appartement c est top

Pros: Mejscowka dobrze skomunikowana z centrum. Wszystko co potrzebne do funkcjonowania znajdziecie na miejscu.Lokal duzy,nikt sobie na głowie nie siedzi.Dwie oddzielne sypialnie z łazienkami ,co przy wiekszej ilości osób. jest dużym plusem. Lokal jest godny polecenia i jak tylko będę jechac do Rzymu na pewno będę chciała się tam zatrzymać.

Cons: trochę za mało światła dziennego, gdyż w oknach są zainstalowane mleczne folie, ale z uwagi na to, że lokum jest na parterze,jest to zrozumiałe i zasadne
