Pros: the apartment was really big ,and comfortable.it contains 2 big rooms and also dining room with a big sofa,in the kitchen u can also find spices if u want to cook something,and if u want to start ur day from coffee ,they also took care of it and left it on the shelf.The apartment located 30 min of walk from city centre,so if you do not want to spend money for tickets ,it is a perfect place for you .Our host was so nice and took care of our perfect stay in Rome city . Exellent apartment.

Pros: The owner, Federico extremely professional and very helpful personality. He was always prompt in all our questions and requests. We booked this apartment for 4 people (two couples), but unfortunately one day before our arrival in Rome, one of the travelers had an accident and injured her eye, so they had to cancel the visit to Rome. Although we paid for the accommodation for 4 people, due to the accident we had to cancel the accommodation for two people. We contacted the owner Mr. Federico who immediately arranged the refund for two people. We greatly appreciate this action of his. Regarding the apartment, we are very satisfied! It is new, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is great, it's quiet, easy to check in and flexible. Very comfortable bed, good transport links - including the airport. It felt like home. Last but not least, it was a great stay in a great city. We highly recommend this place.

Pros: We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied! It is new, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay—dishes, towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, and shower gels. The neighborhood is quiet, which is especially nice for relaxation.

Cons: The only thing we missed was having Italian coffee in the mornings :)

Pros: nice appartment, two bedrooms, small kitchen, very nice living room, good shower - for a family travelling with one - two kids it's just enough space. well equipped - there were nothing we had missed and even more than it. It's not a touristic neighbourhood - no crowds, you meet locals. For those who use public transport it takes half an hour to get to the center - seven minutes by foot to the tram/bus stop and an about twenty minutes ride.. never waited for a tram more than 10 minutes. Convenient transportation to the airport - 1 bus/tram stop (15 min by foot) to Trastevere rail station and then half an hour by train which comes every half an hour.

Pros: Fede was an excellent host. He was really thorough and friendly, always helpful and the communication was wonderful. But the best of course was his apartment. It has a good location, tram, bus or metro is very close. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly clean. It felt like home. It was a great stay in a wonderful city. My whole family highly recommend Fedes Home.

Cons: Parking situation is really difficult (but like everywhere in Rome)
