Welcoming property, close to transport hub.

Pros: Perfect location close to train and bus terminals. Exceptionally clear instructions from host for address and entering property. Welcomed with a few pastries and drinks. All we needed.

Pros: Excellent, comfortable, and clean apartments. Close to the metro and Tiburtina station, yet quiet and peaceful.

Pros: Stay one night for training in the next morning. Location wise it’s close to Tiburtina station. And it’s clean.

Cons: They got us self check in but the message didn’t come till night despite that i tried to reach out the owner in Booking.com few days ahead. Would be good if they have the arrangement done at least 1 day before check in.

Perfect

Pros: Everthing was perfect. The room is clean & calm The localisation too near to the tiburtena metro. The owner is very helpfull person & respectfull. We found the juice, milk, water & cockies in our refrigerateur. The most important is that they allow you to keep your laggage in the house after your check out. The room are simillaire to the pictures.

Cons: Nothing everything was perfect

Pros: The apartment is well linked to the main sights by public transportation. Colosseum is a direct metro link and there's also a direct bus connection to Fontana di Trevi. Though it's not a hotel, the room was cleaned every day with fresh towel supply. We even received hotel slippers. Tea and coffee was also provided.

Cons: A microwave oven would have been handy.

Pros: The staff were super lovely! We weren’t given any check in instructions when we arrived to drop our bags so were a bit lost but Silvia was quick to help us and the cleaning lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was so sweet and helpful getting our bags tucked away until we could check in. The room was beautiful and they even left wee Easter treats which was a thoughtful touch. The sofa bed was cosy (2 people slept in it) but comfy nonetheless. Lovely wee kitchenette and great bathroom. I would highly recommend staying here, can’t believe the value for money. There is also a metro stop nearby and the neighbourhood has a really nice, safe vibe to it!

Pros: Being out of the city proper was nice.close to the train nice restaurants within a few minutes walk and the Nespresso was a good start to the morning.

Cons: The elevator was not very good. We took our bags down the stairs because the elevator door was difficult to open when we first brought our bags in.

Pros: Nice cozy place with good amount of amenities. Just a few minutes away from the tiburtina station.

Pros: We liked everything. The property is situated near the Tiburtina Station (5 min), where you find metro, buses and trains to all directions you need. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and have very nice small restaurants, with tasty food and friendly prices. The hosts are very kind, they let us check in earlier than expected. Very cozy, warm and clean room, in which you find everything you need. Also it has a coffee machine, coffee tablets (which were refilled everyday), water in the fridge, small pastries etc. The communication with host is very easy through booking platform, we received all the info we need to self check-in. The room is cleaned every day.

Pros: Clean, hotel like service, housekeeping, change of towels water and coffee machine, spacious bathroom and excellent dryer and diffuser

Cons: The bed was hard not too comfy, the neighbourhood is not lovely even though it's ver close to the metro and train station
