Pros: The position is great. It's very near the tiburtina station. The bed is super comfortable! It's very clean. The staff was friendly, kind and they gave good service. I had forgotten to leave the tax money before leaving and since i was still travelling, it took me many many days before i got to bank it in to them. They were very patient and very understanding. I will definitely come to stay again. I love this place. Had one of the best sleep during my travelling. I would just go there to have a good sleep again 😍

Cons: Maybe it's not so sound proof. But this didn't effect my stay.

Good choice if you stay one or a few nights in Rome. Functional & Clean, in a good neighbourhood.

Pros: * Guesthouse is like a hotelroom, with facilities like a minibar, locker and coffee machine. * Perfect location, on walking distance from train/metrostation Tiburtina (with direct access to airport Fiumincino!) * Safe neighbourhood with facilities * Clean room with facilities, like a minibar, locker, hair dryer, etc.

Cons: * Good facilities, but based on stay for one night (1 cup of coffee, 1 little bottle of shampoo/showergel) * No cleaning of the room during the stay (i stayed 3 nights) * The walls are not very well isolated. Neighbours in the appartment were noisy. * A weak stream from the shower

Pros: It was clean and pleasant. The location is perfect. The host gave us proper instruction to enter the property.

Cons: The first day there was no hot water, but it was fixed soon. The front door was hart to open.

Nice stay if you need the train station close

Pros: It was very close to the station. Perfect location for us. A coffee machine and water bottles were also provided. The check-in was done smoothly over the phone and the guy was very nice and helpful.

Cons: Although we booked last minute, I got confirmation that my request for a double bed would be fulfilled. However, when we arrived in the bedroom there were 2 single beds. Not a big deal, because we booked just a few hours prior, but then why was the request confirmed?

Pros: Very nice room, it was clean and very close to train-metro-bus stations to get anywhere.

Cons: The only bad thing was that all the 3 days we have stayed there wasn’t any hot water and we showered with cold water 🥶

Pros: Great location, you can see Tiburtina station from the balcony. Comfortable and elegant room, staff was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Pros: The location is very good for traveling by the Flixbus. It's very near to Tiburtina train and bus station around 7 minutes walk. It's also near a very good supermarket (Gros Sacoph Supermerket) just 2 minutes walk. The staff, Emanuele, was very responsive and polite. He provided and helped us everything we asked and also allow us for the late checkout.

Cons: Nothing to complaint actaully. Because it's our fault that we left the apartment later than the time we asked for 20 minutes. Just to give information that people who check out later than what they allowed has to pay for the waiting time of the cleaning lady.

Pros: Everything was amazing for the price! even the location had many great restaurants surrounding it. The owners were very kind and helpful aswell.

Pros: We liked the property! The clean, new, nicely decorated environment, the spacious rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the coffee machine, the balcony, the easy access to railway and metro station, the host.

Cons: none

A convenient location for a short stay

Pros: Very convenient for transport links, five minute walk from the station/metro. Comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Daily change of bed linen. Felt very secure and the neighborhood seemed quiet.

Cons: No real outside view. Safe box could not be used as the previous occupant did not leave it open, although this wasn't a major problem.
