Comfortable, quiet and close to the station

Pros: It was close to the Tiburtina station. Inside the room was nicely decorated, comfortable, spacious and very clean. In the corridor a lovely breakfast

Cons: Don’t be put off by the exterior of the building

Pros: Very convenient location, train station near by, many buses, a good supermarket just crossing the street. The host was very kind and attentive, and actually helped me with my last minute request. Thank you. I recommend this place!

The best value for money stay in Rome

Pros: Everything. The bed is very comfortable, the host very helpful and nice, the location is perfect, checking in and out was super easy, the price was surprisingly low, the room was very clean and everything works (except 1 tiny thing - see below)

Cons: Doesn’t affect me, but the elevator is on the other side of the staircase which may complicate people with mobility issues. But its only 1 flight of low steps. That’s the only small blemish I could find.

Pros: Nice staff, good location, close to metro station. Quiet and clean. The breakfast solution was smart.

Pros: It is a quiet house although it’s nearby the Tiburtina Station. The room was comfy and clean. There‘s coffee and snacks on the floor for free.

Cons: The only minor negative thing is that there is construction work directly in front of the building

Pros: Appartment is close to Tiburtina, from here you can go directly to city center or other places. Neighbourhood is safe. Room was very clean, there is everything what you need. I would like to give more than 10 point cleanliness. They also provide sth to eat in the morning, or to drink. If I would be back to Roma, would choose this place again

Cons: Nothing. Only room 2 is to road side, you can hear car noises even in the night. Additional during our stay there is road repair, they also made noise but if you close window, no issue anymore. We could not find wifi in pur room , as we had own internet on our phone, it was not problem for us.

Pros: The accommodation is located near the Tiburtino station. It's a little bit far from the touristic attractions. That's why it's NOT crowded and quiet! The casa doesn't have a 24/7 reception desk, but they were flexible about our check-in time, and the representative of the hotel was patiently waiting for us when we were late for the appointed time. Anyway, it's easy to be in contact with the hotel by WhatsApp! All my additional requests were kindly satisfied remotely. Our stay was very comfortable!
