Pros: Definitely the best decision. The house was quite clean, I stayed in the large room, and the bathroom is very spacious. It had hand soap and shower gel. The location is perfect, as the metro station and bus depot are just 5 minutes away. Giuliana is a super attentive and kind person. We had a significant delay with our night flight, and despite arriving very late, she took the time to show us all the amenities of the house, including how to use the coffee maker. She also provided us with extra keys so that after check-out, we could retrieve our luggage from inside the house. In my opinion, I give it a 10 out of 10.

Comfortable and very conveniently located
Pros: Very convenient location close to train and Metro stations. Clean apartment, fresh clean white linen
Cons: Several times requested 2 separate beds; requests were confirmed. Arrived to find 1 double bed. Complained to owner who sent 2 ladies to make the change. On a main road with lots of traffic noise but good double glazed windows made the noise level acceptable.

Cons: finding the Appartement on our own was not easy in the building, better to call the owner once you reach there.

Pros: Posizionata in un punto strategico a due passi dalla stazione Tiburtina, una struttura molto bella, pulita, dotata di tutti i confort, un bagno molto grande e nuovissimo, proprietari molto gentili e pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, un grande grazie alla signora Giuliana punto di riferimento per qualsiasi evenienza. Esperienza nel complesso molto positiva.
Pros: Dimensioni della camera (una quadrupla) buone. Bagno eccezionale, grande, nuovo e con doccia molto spaziosa. Possibilità di usare la cucina comune. La struttura si trova nei pressi della stazione Tiburtina, con tutti i servizi annessi.
Cons: La colazione offerta è del tipo confezionata standard. valuterei l'opzione: buono x colazione al bar. Le tapparelle della camera non chiudono bene lasciando passare un po di luce dei lampioni della strada,....per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema.

Desayuno bien, habitación cómoda con TV y baño privado, cocina completa y compartida, y lavarropas;
Pros: Mi estancia fue muy agradable. El desayuno estuvo bien, suficiente y rico para empezar el día con energía. La habitación era cómoda, contaba con TV y un baño privado muy limpio y funcional. La cocina estaba completamente equipada, lo que facilita mucho preparar comidas; además, el alojamiento tiene lavarropas, que aunque no lo utilicé, me pareció un gran plus. También destaco la excelente ubicación, ya que está a unos 400 metros de la estación Tiburtina, lo que hace muy fácil desplazarse por la ciudad. En general, un lugar tranquilo, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para una buena experiencia.
Cons: No hubo absolutamente nada que no me gustara; quedé muy conforme con todo. La atención fue excelente, las instalaciones muy cómodas y el ambiente realmente agradable. Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad y el buen trato.
