Beautiful apartment in a great location with a supportive team on hand, if needed

Cons: Nothing to dislike-The apartment was perfect for a birthday holiday with my son -I liked everything about it and would highly recommend it

Exceptional Stay – Felt Like Home Away From Home

Pros: Everything exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The place was warm, which was especially appreciated since we stayed in January. We had a wonderful time as a family, and it’s a perfect place to stay if you’re traveling with a baby. Comfortable, clean, and very family-friendly.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Great location. Keyless access was easy. Beautifully presented. Very quiet.

Pros: Great location. Easy access to the coliseum and other places of interest, restaurants and the Metro. Small convenience food shop just around the corner from the property.

Cons: Found the verify key system a challenge to begin with. Would have preferred a key or code and not have to use my phone.

Stylish comfy apartment in top location

Pros: We were lucky for finding this beautiful apartment; stylish and comfortable, with access though elevator. The location is excellent, very close to the Colosseum and metro station. Definitely recommended

Great apartment, amazing location, 5* service team

Pros: Lots of thing to like a LOT here: Truly excellent 5* communication/service from the team. Unbelievably great location: - 3 minutes from the colosseum, - great coffee (while there's a coffee machine in the apartment, save your coffee space for the bar one block down), nice restaurants and bars (even a winery with kitchen) within a few minutes walking - shared transport bikes and scooters everywhere, - safe (a police precinct one block down), - cheap open air parking lot 3 minutes away (1EUR/h during work day hours, nights are free) - Good to know: cheap automated luggage storage across the street. Great apartment, layout and charming style (even the library collection). Separate bedrooms with a stylish en-suite bathroom each - for business travellers like us (not a couple or family). For us, the comparative value for money was tremendous, compared to getting to hotel rooms somewhere.

Cons: Small comments for improvements/good to knows: - the key is digital, so no phone (or phone battery), no enter - the locking mechanism turns off on the minute on check-out day (couldn't get in at 10:01 to collect my bags. But the highly responsive service team let me in within 3 minutes, so no problem.) - while the beds are very good, the sleeping pillows could be a bit more comfortable - would good to know/be informed about, especially for early checkout day: see above, there is a luggage storage right across the house - Wi-Fi access information is a little tricky to find (hint: its under the tv in the shelf) - Wi-Fi can be a little spotty in the 2nd bedroom (not a problem, a minor hick-up)

Pros: Very smooth check-in and check-out process. The flat is very cute and amazingly decorated. Very comfortable beds and a great location with lots of amenities around and very close to the colosseum.

Cons: Cleaning not done/beds not changed/no clean towels on arrival. Managing company dealt swiftly and politely but we could not use the property until several hours after arrival tome

A fantastic short break

Pros: Stylish and modern apartment in a beautiful location a stones throw from the Colloseum. As mentioned in other reviews this place is in such a fabulous location. The best priced and excellent quality food we found was often no more than. a few minutes from our doorstep. We covered the whole of Rome pretty much on foot from here including walking to the Vatican. It was a work out but well worth it. There is a supermarket just round the corner but we ate out for all of our meals as there are so many little cafe's and restaurants nearby. Avoid eating in the touristy areas as for the same price you will get a top quality restaurant dinner just a few minutes walk away every time.

Cons: The pillows were a little hard but nothing else
