Pros: Great location. The apartment is really atmospheric. The kitchen and bathroom are rather small. The kitchen is kinda rusty but ha severything needed for the stay.
Cons: Coffee capsules not available in the shops.

Pros: Amazing location, you can see the Colosseum from the roof terrace! Cosy flat. Friendly and helpful staff. Superb comfy beds. Good wifi. We regret we couldn't stay longer.
Cons: No parking space available. Nearby car parks are really pricy. 1st entering the main gate can be quite tricky - you need to have internet connection and press 'open' button on the webpage. Technical issues with the lift. Fixed when remote battery was replaced.

Fantástica estancia para visitar Roma
Pros: La ubicación es excelente. Apartamento amplio y muy tranquilo. Camas cómodas y el sofá-cama doble. Bastante limpio. El detalle de dejar cápsulas de café nos gustó mucho.
Cons: Faltarían cosas en la cocina, como algún trapo, tijeras, pinzas.. Dejar aceite, vinagre y servilletas sería todo un detalle La televisión tan sólo tiene canales en italiano. Una smart tv estaría muy bien

Pros: Appartamento pulito e molto luminoso. A due passi dal Colosseo. Una camera con letto matrimoniale e un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, molto comodo. Molti armadi. Aria condizionata ben funzionante. Gestori gentili, permettono di lasciare i bagagli nell'ufficio li vicino. Lo sciacquone del bagno non funzionava e sono venuti a sistemarlo rapidamente. Lo consiglio.
Cons: La cucina è poco attrezzata, aggiungerei sale, olio, pepe e accessori di uso comune (asciugamani, scottex). Ascensore molto piccolo. Lo sciacquone ha continuato a presentare parte del problema, ma ho visto che ci sono diversi dettagli in fase di miglioramento.

Pros: Sijainti oli erinomainen. Huoneisto oli tilava ja siisti. Kaappitilaa oli runsaasti ja vuoteet olivat hyvät.
Cons: Vessan klosetti ei välillä toiminut, välillä klosetti valui vettä. Suihkuveden lämpötila vaihtelu kylmästä kuumaan. Vesisateella ikkunan tiivisteiden välistä tulvi vettä sisälle.

Comfortable, except the shower
Pros: There is a microwave. The windows can be covered for privacy (inside and outside shutters in bedroom, blackout shades in others). Washing machine was clean. Coat rack and huge mirrors in entry room. All windows face courtyards, so it's quiet. Clean air when bedroom window is open - no smokers on that side (unlike on the kitchen / living side). Kind property manager.
Cons: Tiny shower. Hot water suddenly stops in shower - turn it off/on to get it back (or maybe keep the sink water running). Additional rail to hang dresses would be helpful, as the closets are not very comfortable and are only in the living room (just shelves in the bedroom). Such a spacious apartment - so much potential to keep clothes wrinkle-free and ventilated. When I opened kitchen / living windows, sometimes cigarette smoke came from that courtyard. Tiniest elevator in the world.
