Excellent location near colloseum. Buses nearby, metro close
Pros: Location was good. Walkable to colloseum, roman forum and altar dela patria
Cons: Initial door entry after getting keys, but worked ot out and had the back up phone door number . Staff were great

Perfect location for access to Roman ruins (few mins walk from The Colosseum), good transport access
Pros: Brilliant location, huge bedrooms with 2 bathrooms ideal. Quiet location and building. Very close to bus and tram transport. Supermarket and restaurants just a few minutes away.
Cons: Access with the door keys was very problematic. The owners were very responsive and sent someone around with replacement building entrance door key but this still did not work well.

Colosseum flat
Pros: It is next to the colosseum which makes it very easy to go and see day and evening walks around the colosseum.
Cons: The only issue I faced was not receiving any WiFi signal in the bedroom with a balcony. There is no sofa so we had to sit by the dining table a lot since WiFi was not reaching the 2nd bedroom.

Overall a great stay. Great location, good for families
Pros: I liked many things about the property one being is charming entry with mosaic floors and old staircase that added the authentic Rome feel. Also that there’s aircon in both rooms and a washing machine makes this place perfect for family’s with kids
Cons: What I feel could make this property a lot more comfortable would be changing the shower heads so that the pressure is stronger the weak pressure for showers isn’t nice !

Pros: Super lokalizacja,instrukcja wejścia,bliskość zabytków,restauracji,sklepu,czysta posciel
Cons: Sufit w łazience jest pokryty olbrzymią ilością pleśni,ktora wydziela potworny odór i szkodzi zdrowiu,wymaga natychmiastowego usunięcia i remontu,wchodzi już na ściany,to niestety wpłynęło na niska ocenę komfortu.

Tolle Lage, etwas teuer
Pros: Super tolle Lage gleich beim Colosseum. Der Host war sehr nett und hat auf alle Anfragen sehr zeitnah reagiert.
Cons: Die Türen waren sehr schwierig zu schliessen. Die Dusche im kleinen Schlafzimmer hat kaputte Duschtüren und der Wasserdruck sowie die Wassertemperatur waren sehr schwach bzw.niedrig. Die Wohnung ist recht dunkel. Das wifi hat leider schlecht funktioniert. Etwas teuer.

Beau logement très confortable et central.
Pros: L’emplacement, à 2 pas de l’arène et du centre. Kristina, qui a tout fait pour nous accommoder et faire une place à nos vélos. Le confort. Bien équipé pour cuisiner. Quand on arrive devant l’immeuble on pense s’être trompés à cause de l’apparence extérieure, mais l’appartement est superbe.
Cons: Les fêtards la nuit, même en semaine. Mieux vaut garder les fenêtres fermées, c’est climatisé. C’est au 3e sans ascenseur. Pas un or pour nous mais mieux vaut le savoir.

Pros: Pre svega topla atmosfera,neobično uređen apartman-spoj klasičnog i modernog.Veoma udobni kreveti i jastuci,dva kupatila,simpatičan ušuškan balkon.Prilično dobro opremljena kuhinja. Nešto što bi mnogi naveli kao minus ,meni je bilo jako lepo a to je pogled kroz prozor gde gledate u susednu zgradu i balkone na kojima se siši veš,stoje nepotrebne starudije,bicikli ,lopte i slično-kao u starim dobrim italijanskim filmovima-samo da izađu mame i dozivaju decu koja se igraju na ulici ili se svađaju preko prozora:) I da,naravno,lokacija,u srcu istorije!
Cons: Način otvaranja ulaznih vrata zgrade-na telefonski broj.Uvek morate da imate dovoljno procenta na bateriji mobilnog da biste ušli na glavna vrata.Praktično ali rizično i obavezujuće.

Cons: Tuvimos problema con la entrada ya que no teníamos llave se tardó un poco en resolver el problema pero al final se logró

Pros: Posizione eccezionale e comoda per i trasporti, camere fresche senza necessità di accendere l'aria condizionata! Intero appartamento a disposizione con 2 bagni, tutto sommato abbastanza silenzioso. Prezzo ottimo
Cons: L'appartamento andrebbe rinfrescato e risistemato un po', presenza di muffa nei bagni e pavimento in legno non in piano. In una delle camere una finestra non si può chiudere con la maniglia e l'altra non si apre...
