Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from the main attractions, cozy cafés, and great restaurants. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Cons: Honestly, everything was perfect – we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about!

Exceptional in true Roma Style
Pros: Amazing 2bed 2 bathroom apartment in great walking location to most of Romes wonderful historic sites .We loved the local vibes !! Apartment spacious and furnished with stylish old world contemporary charm . !! The best bed and luxury linen on our 5 week trip touring southern Italy .

Great place well located.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Well situated for walking to much of the Centro Storico.
Cons: Sadly the washing machine was very troublesome. We reported it and we were assured that there was a new one on order. Check before you book if you want to wash during your stay. Note that while only on the 1st floor (one floor above ground) the stairs are very steep and getting your luggage up would have been a struggle without the help of Angelo.

A True Gem of a property in a convenient location.
Pros: The iflat is lovely a true GEM. My niece through it was out of “House hunters International”. We loved the wooden ceilings the lounge was comfortable with 2 sofas, a bench and some chairs to sit on. The 2 bedrooms are at opposite ends of the property so it feels very private. The location is excellent. One can walk to most of tourist attractions in less than 20 minutes. The air conditioning worked well to escape the midday heat.
Cons: The shower in the upstairs bathroom is tiny but manageable.

Pros: Ubicacion mejor imposible, cerca de todo. Pasquale muy amable, nos dió cápsulas de café e indicaciones. El piso bien decorado y cómodo
Cons: Me gustó todo mucho, pero por indicar alguna mejora: microondas-horno estaría bien. También TV en lugar de monitor. El wifi no llega a la habitación de arriba. 4 copas de vino en lugar de 2 mejor y poner alguna alfombra en el baño de arriba para distinguir un escalón que apenas se aprecia, al estar embaldosado todo igual, aunque queda muy bonito 😃

Cómodo, espacioso y bien ubicado. Volveríamos nuevamente!
Pros: Espacio amplio que permite hacer vida normal como si uno viviera en Roma. Bien equipado y un lindo edificio antiguo. La ducha muy buena y la cocina perfectamente equipada. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.
Cons: Solo sugerencias menores: la alfombra podría ser lavada más regularmente. La ducha del baño de arriba no cierra bien y sale agua al piso al usarla.

Pros: Diese geräumige, klassisch eingerichtete Altbauwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Vatikan, Pantheon und Busse Richtung Colosseum und Hauptbahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt einige gute Lokale in der Nähe. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel erfolgte persönlich durch einen Mitarbeiter, der uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt geben konnte.
Cons: Die Betten sind etwas schmal für zwei Erwachsene.

Great location, cute apartment, ok service
Pros: The check-in host from the management company was very communicative and on-time for our arrival. He answered questions we had and was very friendly. He even let us drop off our bags earlier than check-in as we arrived straight from the US quite early in the morning. The location of this apartment is perfect - we walked everywhere and only took cars to and from the airport & train station with our large luggage.
Cons: Once the handoff was complete for check-in, the service from iFlat was not great. We had one air conditioning unit in the main bedroom that did not work, and the AC unit in the upstairs bedroom would turn off repeatedly, leading to the room getting very hot overnight until someone woke up to turn it on again. I messaged iFlat via whatsapp and did receive a response, including offering to send a maintenance worker, but the maintenance worker never came and we just dealt with sleeping with our doors open to get AC from the living room.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful spacious apartment across from Castel Sant’Angelo.
Pros: Beautiful, spacious apartment, right across the river from Castel Sant’Angelo. Walking distance to the Vatican and Piazza Navona. Apartment has a washing machine and coffee machine. The host, Andrea was very communicative and nice.
Cons: The wifi was a little spotty at times, especially in the bedrooms farther from the router. When it did connect though it was pretty fast and I could do work calls. Apartment is on the first floor up one flight of stairs— there is no elevator. It’s not bad as it’s only one flight but if you have lots of luggage or reduced mobility it may be an issue for you. A microwave would be a nice addition in this space.

Pros: Kitchen with Large Fridge, Living Room!, Master bedroom with Bath, Separate Bedroom with Bath. Has a washing machine!
Cons: washing Machine has a lot of features, and is in Italian, took a couple of attempts to get it right.
