Nice stay.

Pros: Very quiet. Nice property owner. Walking distance to metro train station, which is a few stations away from most attractions and city centre. Allowed to use washing machine and dryer for our laundry.

Cons: A few mosquitoes.

Pros: I liked very much the accomodation! It was clean, reliable, and the host was kind and thoughtful! I recommend it! I was there alone, but the room would be also good for 2 (there are 2 beds), there is enough space. The city center is really not far, only a few stops with the Metro, or Bus. There is a nice café a few doorsteps away, cheap and really good coffee, and nice people.

Pros: Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar abgeholt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, super Anbindung an Metro und Bus. Ein Markt ist direkt um die Ecke.

saubere Unterkunft, netter Gastgeber, optimale Lage

Pros: Die Lage ist optimal, nur wenige Gehminuten zum nächsten Metro entfernt, und mit dem Metro ist man in weniger als 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Was den Verkehrslärm betrifft, man ist in Rom bzw. in Italien, der Verkehrslärm ist immer präsent. Uns hat er überhaupt nicht gestört.

Cons: Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros: Don Giulio nos recibió muy bien, muy amable y muy atento en todo momento. Todo muy limpio!!! Sobre las instalaciones; El baño es super grande, cuenta con bañera, lavado, inodoro y bidet ( que ese no tengo ni idea como se usa) La habitación es muy amplia, tiene un escritorio, televisor, dos camas y mucho espacio en dos roperos para guardar toda la ropa. Cuando nos lavaba la ropa, al volver de los paseos turísticos, estaba todo doblado en una bolsa fuera del dormitorio. Muy recomendable 👌

Pros: Giulio nos recibió muy bien, es muy amable. Mi madre llegó un poco antes del horario del check in, le avisamos y la dejo instalarse sin problema. La habitación y el baño son amplios y limpios. Te da sábanas y toallas, muy limpias también. El departamento está cerca de estaciones de metro y tren que te permiten llegar rápido y fácil al centro. Hay lugares para cenar también cerca del departamento, a buen precio.

Alles ist perfekt!

Pros: Unser Gastgeber der Giulio war super! Sein Unterkunft hat definitiv 10 Sterne verdient. Für das Geld ist die Location so perfekt und das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit auch absolut toll. Ich bin sehr sehr zufrieden gewesen. Betten waren bequem, das Bad war sehr sauber. Zu Fuß zum nächsten Metro ist gar nicht weit. Die Linie A fährt durch fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten durch. Das nächstes mal werde ich sein Unterkunft buchen. Danke sehr, Giulio!
