Pros: Очень уютно , удобные матрасы подушки разной мягкости на выбор есть дополнительные одеяла и пледы ,много мелочей для проживания (на кухне и в ванной комнате )которые не всегда встретишь в арендованной квартире - зонты , шапочки для душа и прочее . Две прекрасные террасы , первая рядом с кухней всегда солнечная по утрам - прекрасное место для завтрака.

Cons: В первый день горячая вода в душе была непостоянной то появлялась то исчезала ,мы написали хозяину он быстро ответил на смс. Потом мы разобрались как работает нагреватель ,а возможно хозяин что то исправил и эта проблема нас больше не беспокоила.

Séjour très agréable avec des amis

Pros: Appartement très spacieux, très propre, localisation plutôt sympa avec la gare juste à côté tout en étant à distance raisonnable des lieux touristiques.

Cons: Il faut simplement noter que l'appartement est assez bruyant étant situé à proximité d'une gare, pas un problème pour nous, ca ne nous a pas particulièrement gêné, mais à savoir.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut angebunden. Giovanni ist ein super Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist ebenso in einem hervorragenden Zustand, alles hat funktioniert, alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Mir persönlich hat die Matratze nicht besonders gefallen (ich bin etwas versunken darin), aber das ist Geschmacksache und ich will mich nicht darüber beklagen (sauber war definitiv alles). Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse, wo man abends noch schön beisammen sitzen kann. Auch gibt es eine anständige Mülltrennung. Die zwei Bäder waren hervorragend ausgestattet und hatten sogar Grohe Armaturen. Alles hat funktioniert, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Cons: Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: das Apartment liegt in der Nähe eines Krankenhauses und gefühlt den ganzen Tag (und in der Nacht) fährt auf der Straße vor dem Haus der Rettungswagen mit heulender Sirene hin und her. Naja, aber man geht ja auch nicht nach Rom, um Ruhe zu suchen. Die Fenster sind einigermaßen schalldicht, es war also alles ok.

Casa espaciosa y completa

Pros: Casa muy espaciosa, con todo lo necesario, muy completa. Las camas perfectas. Disfrutamos de la terraza a pesar de las fechas. Ubicación de 10 y el anfitrión encantador.

Cons: El ascensor es pequeño, pero cumple su función.
