La proprietaria è stata davvero molto gentile. Avevamo l’aereo in ritardo e ci ha accolto davvero tardi. L’appartamento

Pros: Appartamento veramente bello.Tutto l' arredamento nuovo. Vicino alla stazione dei treni ma ben insonorizzato,pulito , la proprietaria disponibile e cordiale sempre con risposte veloci ed esaurienti alle nostre domande. Abbiamo trovato anche bottigliette d' acqua e macchinetta del caffè con le capsule annesse. Wi-fi,televisione,bollitore e un QR code da scannerizzare per avere informazioni su Roma. La casa non dispone di cucina. Posizione ottima: appena sotto casa il tram 8 che porta in centro,il bus H che porta a Stazione Termini e la Stazione dei treni di Trastevere. Non si è a Trastevere ma nelle vicinanze e con i mezzi sono veramente 5/ 10 minuti

Cons: Nulla...magari a finestre aperte il rumore del treno era un po' forte ma con gli ottimi serramenti il rumore era solo percepito. In estate c' è il condizionatore per poter tenere chiuse le finestre .

Tutto perfetto

Pros: Struttura molto accogliente e moderna.Pulizia impeccabile e proprietaria super disponibile e competente. Posizione centrale e fermata del tram (8) a 200 metri ,utile per andare in centro.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente !
