Nice apartment short commute from the centre

Pros: Good sized apartment for 2 people with covered outside space Neighbourhood not too touristy with 2 small supermarkets, a couple of bars and various shops within a few minutes walk 5 minutes walk from the tram and bus stop then ca 20 mins into central Rome Property clean Air conditioning worked great

Cons: The TV in the bedroom wasn't working but this wasn't a problem for us The kitchen had the essentials but not much else, maybe a few more utensils etc would be useful

Pros: Super nice host, super clean, nice terrace, good location. Super comfortable beds !

Cons: The lights are too bright in the evening, should be other bulbs or other side lamps

Confortable and lovely stay!

Pros: Very confortable bed, very clean with many useful things like a hairdryer and washing machine. The terrace is also lovely 🩷 The nearby neighborhoods are calm and more residential, not so touristy, which we appreciated.

Pros: Everything was really great. Simona waits for us in front of the apartment to hand us keys and show us the apartment and the surroundings - supermarket and great cafe which is straight across the street. You have to try caffé corretto. Apartment is really well equipped with more than you need.

Cons: Outside is a bit louder - ambulances and trains but it is manageable.

Pros: We had an incredible stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The place itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Location is great too, conveniently situated near key attractions and public transportation, yet in a peaceful area ensuring a good night's sleep. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Spacious and clean apartment on a great location

Pros: A very nice, clean, comfortable, spacious apartment on a great location close to the tram station and also walking distance to the city centre. Simona is a great host. There is a small shop next door and a big market on the other side of the road. Highly recommended♥️

Excellent location

Pros: The location was excellent. Quiet, safe area, with nearby supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Bus and tram stop just a few minutes away. The rooms are bigger than I expected, the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary, comfortable beds and cleanliness in the apartment.

Pros: Everything was super! Host is very pleasant and kind. Apartment very big, with good terrace.

pure ten, I recommend

Pros: Simona is an extremely good host. She gave us all the necessary instructions that made our stay in Rome easier. The apartment is highly functional and equipped. Cleanliness at an enviable level. After strenuous walks around Rome, we were looking forward to arriving in this peaceful oasis. the terrace is nicely insulated so we could enjoy sitting in our pajamas without worrying about anyone watching us. nearby there are bus stations that have a very good connection with attractions. Simona provided us with transportation to the airport with a driver and a car that is much more comfortable than a taxi and the price is the same. I recommend this apartment to everyone because it is better than many more expensive hotels, where you are crowded in one room.
