Lyo Sky Rooms

Pros: The best stay in Rome we could ever ask for!! Very clean, very friendly, very comfortable flat!! The best hostess’ ever!!

Cons: I could hear people talking in the other room, the door in the apartment is not sound proof at all. Also the light in the hall is turned on the whole night, getting in the room through the space between door and floor.

Amazing and Romantic

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Lyo Sky Rooms in Rome! The view of the city from our room was absolutely stunning, and at night the lights inside made the space feel so vibrant and welcoming. It is a great place for a romantic stay, the lights and atmosphere were amazing. The view from the balcony had multiple landmarks and sunset right at our view. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, they went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable, leaving snacks and water for us, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of exploring. They were also kind enough to let us keep our bags at the property, which made our trip so much easier. Overall, everything about our experience was warm, convenient, and memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you want both comfort and a beautiful Roman city view!

Pros: It was clean, it had a nice view and it was closer to the main iconics such as the colosseum.

Pros: We had a really great stay at this accommodation in Rome. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived, and we were warmly welcomed by a kind staff member who helped us up to the room and showed us around. Throughout our stay, we were in contact with Alexandra via messages — she was incredibly helpful, always responded quickly, and made us feel very well taken care of. The room and bathroom were in excellent condition, and Alexandra even left us drinks and snacks, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. We really appreciated that. Other than that, everything was great. We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Cons: The only small downside was that there was no fridge in the room. Since Rome gets very hot, it would have been useful to have a place to keep water and other drinks cool. That was the only thing that made it a bit inconvenient.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Pros: For starters the location was perfect, only 5 minutes away from central Rome using the nearby metro but far enough away from tourist areas to enjoy the authenticity and kindness shown to us in the local area, the room was well organised, clean and very beautiful including a stunning balcony view and air conditioning to keep us cool. The owners of the property were lovely and very accommodating, answering any questions we may have had and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a mini fridge, but other than that no complaints whatsoever.

Pros: The location is perfect.. only a 5 minute walk to the metro…. Nice breakfast cafe 1 minute walk away and pizza at the bottom of the apartment

Cons: The bathroom wasn’t in the room. But other than that it’s lovely!

Pros: Since I’m very meticulous about hygiene, I must say Lyo Sky Rooms was truly excellent in this regard. We didn’t experience any problems at all. The location was also right in the center and very comfortable. Thank you again for the lovely gift.

Pros: Hosts were so friendly! Very helpful and incredibly thoughtful! Loved the terrace, decor, location, security, the shower, aircon after a hot day walking the city and the bed

Cons: Not a dislike because we didn’t have any dislikes but a fridge would be a bonus to the room
