Excellent base for 4 days sightseeing.

Pros: Ideal location - very convenient for public transport links, the opera house and walking distance to the main sights. Nice quiet area with good local restaurants. Not a hotel as such, more of a flat with a set of en suite bedrooms off a corridor. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Great place to stay - we will be back

Pros: Great location, perfect for exploring Rome and the surrounding cities

Cons: the main door is quite noisy so we did hear other guests leaving early

Extremly pleasent

Pros: The location was amazing it was close to city center and it was close to a subway station and bus station. It was really pleasent to have everything you need so close to you. The staff helped us with everything we needed and the host Paolo offered us helpfull tips of how to get to Vatican. We thank him and his staff for our first trip in Rome a trip that was amazing because of this location.

Pros: Big room in a great location. I was slightly confused about accessing our room asI thought it was going to be a hotel. However, access was very easy as Paolo was very accessible by phone.

Pros: Prime location, easy to walk to places including the train station. Lots of restaurant options around abs right opposite to the Opera house ! Secured with multiple code locked doors. And a very ancient style lift that adds to the charm of the place. The flat is always clean and well maintained by the staff. The host is very warm and helpful.

Cons: The listing on bookings.com needs to clearly specify that this is a flat with separate rooms on the 4th floor of the building. It’s more like a B&B / home stay and not a hotel.

Pros: Easy check-in, attentive staff, comfortable and spacious room

Cons: It took us much longer than advertised to reach the apartment from Termini station. Guests would need to estimate more time from the station.

Not a masterpiece but impressive enough

Pros: Room was big and clean, functional and comfortable. Close to Termini Station. TV with Netflix and other streaming options if you're staying in for the night. Uncomplicated check-in and out even though there's no reception.

Cons: It can get noisy in the morning if people are chatting in the hallway. AC won't go below 22°C, and you can't open the window if it gets warm, as mosquitoes will feast on you. Small details like better quality toilet roll and toiletries, decent hangers, and coffee and milk made available could have made it a 10/10 experience.

Pros: Perfect location just couple of minutes to metro, bus stop, and 10 mins walk to train station. Well maintained and nicely decorated room which was perfectly cleaned every day. Paolo the host is a great guy who takes real good care of the building. Very comfortable beds! Would definetly recommend for PP stays.

Cons: Windows naturally a bit old. It is okay but sometimes Street sounds coming in too much. Just a minor change might work to improve sound insulation.
