Lovely place to feel at home

Pros: This was my second stay at Anice’s, and once again, they’ve exceeded my expectations. The place is spotless as always, the room smelled wonderful, and the shared kitchen was well stocked with excellent coffee and a lovely selection of teas. Rosy is incredibly kind — when I had trouble booking a cab to the airport due to a strike, she went out of her way to help. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Rome and will definitely be booking here again!

Pros: Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, there is daily service that keeps everything fresh and comfortable. Rosy was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay smooth— she took the time to explain how to get to the city center and recommended some great places. It felt like having a local guide with us.

Cons: Even though the location was a bit further from the city center, the stay was worth it.

Pros: I was satisfied with my staying here. I had late checkin at night with no problem. The room was smaller but comfortable. Everything was clean. The owner is realy kind, she doesn't use to be there always personaly, but is always on the phone and willing to help (also by WhatsApp with fast answering). I recomend to get here by metro (in the day ), It is much more comfortable than tram, it is aproximately the same travel time ( with 1 change at San Giovanni), about 10-15 minutes walking from apartment.The tram from Termini is really slow and use to be full of people.

Pros: Rosy is a very nice host, she explained all the necessary details and advised where to eat well. Both the room and the bathroom were nice, clean and spacious. The common areas (kitchen) were well equipped and clean.

Cons: the apartment is a little further from the center (but everywhere can be reached in about 30 minutes by metro or tram)

Pros: 3-5mins walking distance to the nearest tram stop. Along the way, there is a wine bar who serves decent breakfast, and also a Chinese restaurant for lunch/dinner. Bed was comfy to sleep! This property owner is a friendly and nice lady.
