Perfect for a couple nights on a budget

Pros: Nice area, basic kitchen appliances, good value for money

Cons: A bit outside the center. The apartment is really basic, but it had everything we needed.

Pros: Everything was as described, the apartment was clean, the bed and towels were clean also. Communication with the owner was great. We had a lovely time, thanks.

Pros: Excellent value for my money! The tooms are freshly renovated, new and clean from the inside with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen had a reasonable repertoire of cutlery as well, including a pen. There were no big issues, everything went fine and the host helped me trough the phone getting in when I didn't find the keys. A few recommendations: To make short-time travelers' life a bit easier the bathroom could have some shower gel (they had soap and toothpaste though), and I was missing a cutting board from the kitchen (or I just didn't find it).

Cons: The location is a bit off the center - around 30 minutes of travel, and I wouldn't recommend most people to walk around that neighborhood alone at night - but that's none of the fault of this accommodation.

Pros: I like the room, it is big, also the location is good, you just take a bus to the closest metro and then you can freely move throughout the city. Supermarket is near

Cons: The shared toilet, some people left it wet after showering, there was not mop around to dry off the floor in this case, but apart from thar, all good.

Pros: Варіант хороший за свою ціну. Загалом умови нормальні. Заселення дистанційне. Ліжко зручне, душ у нормальному стані. Надають по два рушники. Є кухня з посудом і холодильником, з кухні є вихід на балкон. Загалом було досить чисто.

Cons: Основний мінус - розташування. Район віддалений, місцями може здаватися стрьомнуватим увечері. До метро приблизно 15–20 хвилин пішки, фактично щодня треба проходити додатково близько кілометра туди-назад. Інтернет у помешканні слабкий. У шафі та на підвіконні залишали зайві речі (рушник, сторонні предмети), що створювало відчуття неохайності.

Pros: La habitación era amplia, las camas comodas y el baño estaba bien. Lo que mas nos gustó era las personas en la vecindad eran autenticos romanos muy simpaticos y los cafés y restaurantes tenían precios razonables y la stación del tram estaba muy cerca.

Cons: Lo único que faltana para estar muy al gusto era un ventilador o aire acondicionado.

Repetiría seguramente.

Pros: Habitación sencilla,pero cómoda. Sabanas y toallas limpias

Cons: Había mucho calor,no tiene aire acondicionado y el ventilador era pequeño y no ayudaba mucho

Pros: La ubicación cercana a la línea de transporte que conecta con roma termini

Pros: La habitación es cómoda y amplia. Hay buena comunicación con la persona encargada.

Cons: Esta cerca a una avenida principal así que tuvimos bastante ruido. Esta bien conectada en bus pero no está cerca de una estación de metro.
