Good experience

Pros: The location with respect to public transport connection was great. The bus stop right across the road and in 2 to 3 stops you reach the main train/metro station from where you can go to anywhere in Rome or to the airport. Also, there a lot of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The bakery just next to the building has excellent breakfast. The room had a locker, a small fridge and an attached bathroom. Room is fitted with an air-conditioner for hot days. In the common kitchen area there is a washing machine, iron/iron table, microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker and some disposable cups/spoons. The host was very nice. It is a basic and simple room.

Cons: As the room was facing the main road, it was quite noisy even with the windows and terrace door closed during the night. Could be a problem for light sleepers.

Cool place for tourists)

Pros: The apartment was cosy, modern, and clean. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, ability to make coffee and use a microwave oven. The mini-bar (little fridge) was in the room but it cooled just a little, maybe, I didn't understand how to use it. The apartment is situated in the vibrant district, not far from Tiburtina Station. And one more great thanks to Ricardo for his permnission to leave our luggage after eviction up to our bus time. We were really grateful. Thanks)

Pros: Ottima soluzione, posizione preferita, cordialità del gestore

Bene ma non benissimo

Pros: Scelto per vicinanza ad abitazione figlio e presenza TPL. E per il prezzo accettabile.

Cons: Materasso troppo molle e non favorevole al giusto riposo che serve quando sei molto stanco . Per fortuna hanno esaudito la richiesta di preparare il lettino accanto con materasso migliore. Ma uno di noi 2 ha dormito malino 3 notti. Cuscino alto. Ma è questione di gusti. In armadio altri ma non avevo voglia di testarli

Pros: Posizione centrale , tutti servizi vicini....ottimo

Pros: Posizione rispetto agli studi televisivi, ai ristoranti e alla stazione tiburtina. La camera era grande e pulita. Ho molto apprezzato il servizio di sistemazione quotidiana della stanza.

Cons: Personalmente il materasso era veramente troppo morbido, ma credo che sia una questione di gusti personali

Pros: Pulizia, letto comodo e vicinanza al nostro luogo di interesse.

Cons: Non si vedeva la rai dalla TV in camera

Pros: La struttura è ben posizionata, la fermata del pullman è difronte e in strada ci sono molti negozi. Mi sono trovato davvero bene

Pros: Stanza ampia con bagno in camera pulito e spazioso. Bene l'organizzazione

Cons: Il raddoppio della tassa di soggiorno da 3,5 a 7 euro al giorno a persona decretato dal Comune di Roma ci pare oggettivamente esagerato anche alla luce della qualità dei servizi pubblici offerti ai cittadini temporanei.

Pros: Esta muy limpio y las camas muy comodas y el encargado Ricardo se fue adaptando y ayudándonos en lo que necesitábamos, la ubicación es muy buena para llegar al centro en metro en poco tiempo

Cons: Es importante que se detallen las tasas de turista que hay que abonar para no encontrarse con la sorpresa, no es culpa del alojamiento, pero estaría bien informarlo en la página para quien no lo haya revisado en su viaje a Roma
